*July 01 Oh wise ass ...why don't
you sue the Deputy Minister of Transport-Medical? ed. I did, but the rogue Ottawa
Courts will not give me docket time nor will the Justice Ministers (both
Fed. & Provincial) respond to my enquiries on this level. Further, due to Identity
Theft, no lawyer will represent me on any
legal matter = collapse of Canada as a Nation so July 1 is now Canada
Shameless Day with its accompanying Canadian Disease (national
cowardice).
*June 02 Oh wise ass ...what was the real reason that you did not receive any
compensation? ed. The judicial fraternity make their money with outside
settlements which the judges cater to e.g. Vice Admiral Mark Norman trial. In
my case, they got sloppy under Justice Mary Southin in 1986 who quashed
the arbitration ruling the gov't. appointed arbitrator to be patently unreasonable (He had converted
16 new hires into 16 lay-offs adding me as the necessary 17th knowing full well
that I was the only lay-off under the imposed
BILL 35; the brain-child of Deputy Education Minister Jim Carter (another
'Franco Alulio' type). Southin placed all her eggs in one basket by saying that
the West Vancouver School Board should
(not 'must') return employment to me expecting, in reality, for an outside
buy-out to occur. Didn't happen. SB Counsel Stuart Clyne rejected her
demand that this matter should return to arbitration because BILL 35 did not
encompass court oversight therefore the Arbitrator's Decision was the only
proper one. In effect, he told the court 'where to get off' and got away with
it with over 50 judges covering the cover-up although their bottom line was to
ignore my legal arguments merely claiming that I was merely a frivolous & vexatious litigant.
Enter Franco Alulio with his Identity Theft to stop my ongoing
challenges for compensation amid much court skulduggery across Canada. It isn't
working exposing Canada to ridicule although I have to pay the personal price
of this collosal gov't. scam. Under JUNE 2022, I outline some of that
perfidy without equal for any democratic nation.
*May 11 Oh wise ass Do you ever receive positive support for what you are doing? ed.
Nope...truism: Your enemies will respond to you in order to ferret out
weakness; your friends never do as they do not want to be involved. On a
nation-wide basis such as Canada and matters related to Identity Theft,
the crime of the 21st century, I label that the Canadian Disease which
is to be finalized as a final act with the Ontario Provincial Election on June
2 in which I call for the personal riding defeat of Premier Doug Ford, the
author of Identity Theft. In brief, will the media and Opposition Leaders speak
out on FAA? It appears not. Only the Freedom Convoys have any
credibility in Canada hence my claim to rename Wellington St. as Roger
Callow Way.
*May 05 Oh wise ass ...explain
again your Placard: 'Stay out of a Canadian Courtroom unless you First Buy
the Judge.' ed. The employeescasecanada.ca
was the litmus test beginning in 1985 for civil law across Canada which
varies province by province with this case having been heard in 9 out of 10
provinces plus the Federal Court on the compensation
question which my Ottawa lawyer claimed was due to me under any number of
applicable statutes of Employment Law. (He threw up his hands in disgust in
2003 volunteering this statement: 'You
have exhausted all remedy under the law'). 50 judges and counting decided otherwise discounting my request to merely being frivolous & vexatious in dismissing my
applications; a 'kind of get out of jail
free card' for the judges. The argument which School Board's Stuart Clyne
set before Justice Southin in 1987 was that the imposed BILL 35 did not include any court appeal hence the
arbitrator's Decision was final (the court quashed the Arbitration when the
gov't appted. arbitrator converted 16 new hires in 1985 to read 16 lay-offs
with myself being the necessary 17th. He was ruled patently unreasonable. Southin j. expected the Board to either
return employment which she recommended or else she hoped for a nice severence
package for me. I got neither. She could have had Clyne and the School Board
arrested for criminal fraud but failed to do so. My current status is that I am
still an employee of the West Van. School District albeit an unpaid one
(outside settlement would run $20 million) but with the Identity Theft
extension of FAA, I no longer exist as a citizen with access to the
laws. That proposition flies in the face of any Democracy explaining why the ON
Provincial Election on May 02 marks the end of all levels of Cdn. society
on Cdn. Democracy = Canadian Disease. The current media silence is at
the root of this Trojan Horse although that does not excuse our political and
commercial leaders. Elon Musk? Where are you? Your car ideas are
stillborn with the existence of FAA. (P.S. The federal gov't.
copycated the imposed BILL 35 with their imposed
carbon tax which is little more than a revenue getter for the gov't.) FAA
with its extender, Identity Theft in which a rogue civil servant (Franco
Alulio) usurps his office without consequences puts an end to all organized
society with its 'Old Boy's Club' extension = anarchy.

field just as 'the Colonel' was a leader in taking a white man (Elvis Presley)
to sing black man music in the 1950's which became known as 'rock and roll'

life, science tells us that the brain has about 4 seconds before old 'rigor
mortis' does its thing but it is too late to act in any event in this 'really
shouldn't be happening to me' moment. But then my detractors have always argued
that I am brain dead all the time... one cannot just catch a break....

seem that anyone reads your blog. ed To the contrary, I submit 'any one'
can and does read this blog while, paradoxically speaking, 'everyone' does not
so put that in your existentialist pipe & smoke it! My point is that my
views are unique and those that are concerned, do follow this blog regularly.
That group may, as you suggest, be very small but I have always deemed that
quality should go ahead of quantity.

account of school athletics (SEE this date under April 2022) reflects a
responsible teacher coach. So why were you fired? ed. The only real
crime to the authorities is 'whistleblowing' and as my action included a school
principal for fraud, the Union undermined me in 1985 in West Vancouver, B.C. as
administrators were major contributors to the teachers' pension funds although
restless with the connection (of which separation was finalized in 1988 in any
event in B.C. = union had to sell real estate to cover the loss.)

tried (name of an institution)? ed. You may be right or not but that is
not what I need most. What I need is for you to take a personal pro-active role
such as phoning in to Labour Lawyer Howard Levitt's radio show and
asking for his opinion on this matter as he is aware of it. In short publicity
is the goal now.

Algorithm which will last well beyond the demise of the litigants
involved as this case must be tried for treason in absenteeism if necessary. At
this time, POTUS Joe Biden has been called on by me to accept the
responsibility of 'outing' this incipient Canadian Disease with intangible
ramifications to the U.S. If not Biden then a future or past POTUS. Further it
is not only your driver license which can be stolen with a perverted form by a
bureaucrat but any right such as access to medical attention. Our WWII veterans
would be rolling over in their graves as it is this type of tyranny they fought
and died for. As to the 'social cartoons', enjoy, enjoy as I too will be getting
along with my life impaired as it is by this Premier Doug Ford scam against a
gov't. whistleblower. Hence the
underlying crime is a nation 'which cannot read' or 'refuses to read'; both
cardinal sins.

the 'Canadian Disease' stick? ed. I don't see why not. I coined the term
kafakaesque after novelist Franz
Kafka in which an individual goes from institution to institution looking for
answers only to receive another question. The marketplace picked it up on other
matters and, after I dropped the reference, followed suit. As to the Canadian
Disease, the world considers Canada and Canadians to be the luckiest people in
the world as our proximity to the U.S. permits us of all the advantages of
nationhood without the responsibilities. Some would take that 'without
responsibilities' to being cowards as reflected in many things e.g. our paltry
contribution to world military Defense. Extending this phrase to POTUS Biden
who is also the Commander of the U.S. Military as it relates to the Franco Alulio Algorithm with its
extender of Identity Theft poses a 'clear & present danger' to all
N. American drivers. It is the 'gov't. of the future in which rogue civil
servants may act without oversight from gov't. and law courts. I call that anarchy
and, in Canada's case for remaining mute on this paradigm, one of national
cowardice or the 'Canadian Disease'.
*Jan02 Oh wise ass 'no client
e-mail'. ed. The 1970's introduced the 'Open school curriculum' a
revolution missed by older teachers (and parents). One young female teacher in
W. Van. introduced a unit on 'women in history' (although I am sure that
Catherine the Great's 'penchant' for tied down horses was not in the
curriculum!). I introduced social history through the use of novels e.g. All
Quiet on the Western Front (WWI). AGING as a topic as a matter of
education (educate = reaching beyond....) In the prairie novel Grain (c.
early 1900's), one day the father who led the horse in plowing the field with
13 year old Gander steering the plow behind, stops and tells Gander to reverse
their positions as he can no longer keep the horses under control. It is an
emotional moment for both as even Gander 'understood'. What did he understand,
I asked 16 year olds who did not envisage a life beyond 21? They didn't know
but this is the point in which the father admits to growing old. From now on,
Gander will make all major decisions in the operation of the farm. Hopefully,
the students will be alert to such practices perhaps as when they see a parent
deal with a grandparent which is usually the first family experience. My father
used to take the back stairs on coming home two at a time until gradually he
climbed them one at a time. He never realized the aging component and was in
denial on this level, particularly when it came to assigning my senile mother
to a residence. He pathetically kept an old cracked cup on the breakfast table
'for when she would return'. When she died at age 85 in hospital where they
kept her, he did not inform me as one can return from a hospital; not so a
health residence. (Para Transpo client's sage advice: 'Be sure not to grow to
be too old'.) I have already written on other social themes under AFTERMATH
such as the 'Birthday Party', not death as being the equalizer for all parents
of young children. Apart from the political ramifications of Identity Theft in
which I do not exist any longer as a citizen with legal rights, my focus will
be on what will be called the Canadian Disease (national cowardice)
leaving it to POTUS Biden to resolve this specifically Canadian problem.
Otherwise this year is devoted to social history. In 2015, my (estranged) wife
and I agreed that a Caribbean cruise was our last travel venture (both of us
had traveled widely before;myself moreso than her with many cruises under our
belt.)
*Jan01 Oh wise ass Why were you perceived as an incompetent teacher by the West
Van. School Board in 1985? ed. I don't know for sure, but it harbingers
back to 1978 when 'principal for a year' Norman Ashcroft sought to deflect
widespread criticism against him by saying it was a plot organized by teacher
Roger Callow. I did no such thing but the tag stuck with the School Trustees
making them vulnerable to the imposed BILL
35 (B.C. 1985) by Deputy Minister (& former controversial W. Van
principal, Jim Carter) only used against this personage (banana republic
action). Rogue bureaucrat Franco Alulio in 2019 takes this rogue action
one step further by acting quite apart from any legislation by perverting the
driver license form undermining all gov't. and law court controls. With the
concomitant extension of Identity Theft, he has created the crime of the
21st century which Canada did not respond to on many different levels so that
the problem has devolved onto POTUS Biden who currently is 'ducking out' on
this 'Canadian Disease' (cowardice).
*Jan01 Oh wise ass Why are you the only one saying that JFK (Dec .16-2021) was
killed by a 'fourth bullet'? ed. C) According to an ex-CIA writer in 2010, JFK was killed in 1963 by a fourth
bullet (why Kennedy's brain disappeared on Air Force 1 with before and after
autopsies differing) from a similar gun in a room next to Oswald with the same
type of rifle. Sharp-shooter Frank Dunn was dressed as a Dallas policeman to
augment his escape. This killing shot can be seen hitting Kennedy in the back
of the head forcing him forward. Oswald was meant to be the patsy which appears
to be the case even today focusing on his Mexico City connections with Russia
when it is the New Orleans crime boss who ran the show (died in 1990's of old
age). This conspiracy theory here was concealed in part because Jack Ruby was
permitted to kill Oswald. VP Johnson in a second vehicle asked 'Are they
shooting at me too?' Jackie O can be seen slapping his hand away post
assassination but she never talked. I remember the Day as I was student
teaching in a High school when the P.A. was turned on announcing the killing.
Hence the media is still lying about this story. No other Commentary source recognizes this conspiracy and, no, I did not
post this item.
*Nov02 Oh wise ass (no question) ed. Viet Thanh Nguyen The
Sympathizer (2015 Pulitzer Prize winning author on the Viet Nam War in
the 1960's.) I am simply able to see any issue from two
sides...it is perhaps also the sole talent I possess. ...I can
identify with this perspective as I have amazed my colleagues on more than one
occasion as to my ability to formulate the argument on the side of an opponent.
*Oct13 Oh wise ass Why do you resort to the (Ontario)
Ombudsman rather than to specific institutions to resolve your driver license
problem (FAA)? ed. That is the whole purpose of this
office as they seek redress on behalf of 'abused' individuals by institutions
hence they are a vital oversight body. With that much said, political pressure
from above has led to the dismissal or resignation of ombudsmen everywhere. The
central question being raised here is whether or not Cda. will deal with a problem of its own making or will the question
revert to the U.S., Europe, or the U.N. to resolve this internal matter
for Cda. explaining why a copy of the letter
goes to the P.M. If an external settlement is made, then Cda. becomes the laughingstock of the democratic world
considering the wide scope of Identity Theft. (Canadian Disease = cowardice)
*Sep27 Oh wise ass Calling out the U.S. for cowardice when
99% of U.S. Citizens have never heard of you, is a bit much. ed. Re-read
the 3 NEWSLETTERS under MEDIA sept. The label is attached to Canada & Canadians at large
where the story has been promulgated on the Internet and faxes. The label is
attached to specific figures in the U.S. such as POTUS Biden
to this exponential threat to U.S. drivers and their attendant Identity
Theft. His failure to act prompted the third NEWSLETTER to individual
European countries with a working knowledge of the 'Final Solution' of Nazi
Germany.
*Sep22 Oh wise ass What is the most vital experience from
your travails as a Cdn? ed. That would have to
be the venality of the judges. But, even here, the Franco Alulio Algorithm with
its Identity Theft extension bars me from all legal Justice
...kind of gets me 'coming & going'.... The importance of this Algorithm is
that it exists apart from the parties involved; namely, Alulio & myself. Hence anyone is vulnerable.

with talented people,...but they were being held back by risk-averse middle
managers more concerned with their promotion than with doing what needed to be
done' (we learn from our mistakes RC)....describes why
people at the top of institutions are incapable of leadership. For example, CAA
has a direct interest in the Franco Alulio fake driving license suspension scam
but remains MIA as do the U.S. Auto Insurance CEO's.(SEE NEWSLETTER sept. 15) Much of the problem is that talented people usually
challenge the outdoors while whistleblowers such as this
writer are pilloried for challenging Institutions. Part of the problem is the
way we are brought up never to challenge institutional authority. For example,
schools preach finding the 'right' answer; unions call for solidarity,
corporations stress 'team players'; team sports reinforces the herd mentality.
Nothing wrong with that; but what happens when a real problem such as the Franco Alulio Algorithm with
its extension of Identity theft found in the 'Final Solution'
of Nazi Germany upends our traditional values? The public is struck with a
paralysis. In Canada's case, it cost us a nation; in the U.S. POTUS Biden is
like a deer caught in the headlights in this 'clear & present danger'. I
cannot wait forever for him as I must move on...another two weeks at most.

PRIZE SEEKING ARTICLE WRITER WANTED
*Sep12 Oh wise ass (no ques.) ed. The analogy
here is that for 35 years, this writer has filed law cases across Canada
including the Supreme Court of Canada (4 times) to obtain compensation for his
senior teacher lay-off in 1985 in West Vancouver, B.C. for so-called economic
reasons. Over 50 judges found the request to be frivolous
& vexatious, a favourite excuse by the court to dispose of
legal matters. On April 16-2021, The Cdn. Justice System collapsed entirely
before young Ottawa Justice Kristin Muszynski CV
84983 in a vertical hearing (no doubt pre-written by Justice
Canada) where I had no legal standing due to the Franco Alulio Algorithm (FAA) fake driver
license suspension scam. She ruled that this defendant had
been frivolous & vexatious in all issues without
naming one issue. As such a 'back-door' attempt was made to justify
the FFA. As a consequence, I called
for the authorities to invoke a trusteeship over the Ottawa Courts with appeals
to two U.S. Presidents to warn U.S. commercial and diplomatic interests
regarding the dissolute state of Canadian law courts in this matter of a 'clear
& present threat' to the U.S. motoring public... P.S. The
media and politicians are complicit in this cover-up of massive proportions.
*Sep02 Oh wise ass Is your
Identity Theft similar to Britney Spears? ed. No.
First of all she has a fortune of $60 million while I have zilch in comparison.
Hence her Placard reads: FREE BRITNEY (to what? so her money can
go to her scofflaw friends?) while my Placard reads: JUSTICE FOR
CANADIAN ROGER CALLOW seeking an intangible outcome under the Franco Alulio Algorithm
(FAA) indictment. Further, she has court access which due to a corrupt and corruptible
Canadian Justice System augmented by politicians and gov't; I must look not to have. Indeed,
the Cdn. Justice
System collapsed over my case. Also, she has publicity; perhaps too much while
I have no publicity in a case with Pulitzer Prize potential.
While her case is not alone in extortion by others in a typical Hollywood
story; nonetheless, her case does not present a 'clear and present danger' to
U.S. interests such as the FAA does and yet two Presidents do not
recognize that threat. Finally, she is the target of a court sanctioned
legitimate use of the word 'psychiatric' while I am subjected to Alulio's faux driver's license suspension by
perverting the forms to include 'psychiatric' without any supporting evidence
such as whom called for this driver license suspension? Court cases I laid were
summarily dismissed without a hearing therefore changing Cdn. law in its entirety.

call media types 'midwits'? ed. Because
I grant them one concession; namely, that they are not nitwits.
*Aug2021 Oh wise ass Why are you
being so provocative? (in monthly day by day comments) ed 1) to attract attention to
the Franco Alulio Algorithm which is a
threat to the world in terms of Identity Theft as well as a
harbinger that future govts. will bypass Parliaments altogether and
run the country out of the Office of a rogue civil servant. In this case, can
you get by without your driver's license? As an extension, can you survive
without a legal existence? That's what this algorithm is all about.

Employer may use the law courts to escape their responsibilities in paying
compensation to dismissed employees is of concern. ed. If
the charge is a criminal one (not the case here as I was 'laid off' from my
senior teaching position in West Vancouver, B.C. for 'false' declining
enrolment figures), there are some circumstances in which the Employer does not
have to pay. My problem was that over 50 judges in 9 provinces plus SCofC merely
labeled my civil application for compensation under the laws to be 'frivolous
& vexatious'.

special apart from being a mere private blog? You may quote my name.
ed. Let me list the ways: I eliminate trashy
Hollywood stories (sports as well due to lack of space); repetition of topics,
which is used by commercial sites to keep advertising revenue; eliminate most
obscene observations unless they are funny; review Commentaries on Google's MSN
& Reddit selecting
material interesting to Canadians; eliminate trashy Cdn. media headlines plus sloppy reporting
(see my Two Versions sub-heading, both written by me
illustrating the contrast) - in brief, what is not to love. I will only publish
names under very special circumstances seeking permission first (which is, in
all likelihood, never going to happen).
*Jy2021 Oh wise ass What is this reference to WWIII being
made by you and others. Are you serious?
ed. Based on the past, predictions are for
ongoing wars . Will they metamorphose into a general all out war called WWIII?
If so it will be a war like no other due to our digital universe. For example,
a simple relay malfunction a few years back put the entire NE U.S. into a
shutdown. Hackers can capitalize on such accidents by interfering with
electronics so that a military vehicle whether tank or plane or ship cannot
even get out the door. And even if unsuccessful on this level; impairing the
fuel supply could do the trick. Extend that feature and one has a mish mash of
wars breaking out much like COVID hotspots. Local initiative rather than
central control much like medieval castles will rule the day. Have I ever been
wrong? Considering that no-one ever accurately predicts the future, I must be
wrong. Someone could equally point out how stock manipulations will guide the
direction of WWIII and they could very well be right. One thing appears to be a
certainty; whatever the shape of the conflict, drones will be a key factor in
that war which is a current reality.

losing your legal cases, so why the hell don't you give it all up and stop
annoying people.
ed. 'There are those who make things
happen, those who have things happen to them, and, finally those who ask 'what
happened'?' You have correctly assigned the second position to me and no doubt
join the vast majority of Canadians who don't want to be bothered by me (nor
anyone for that matter) on matters not apparently involving themselves
directly. The initial position is assigned to those who take risks which we all
do but people in the third group think that they escape the consequences of
others by being 'risk adverse' which of course they are not. All they really do
is give up their power to be involved in decision making. Obviously this
challenge of the Franco Alulio Algorithm negatively
impacting all North American drivers is not your cup of tea. Bottom Line? It is a question of the Canadian Disease
(cowardice)

REALLY expect President Biden and Germany's Angela Merkel to speak out on your
behalf??
ed. Like all politicians, they await the
publication of such Pulitzer Prize potential articles in a magazine first, and
then they are on it like a dirty shirt which may be too late in this case. If
you can get such a magazine article on the FA Algorithm published,
you could very well be that catalyst. Unfortunately, my warnings of the imposed BILL
35 (B.C. 1985) were not heeded and now the imposed
Carbon Tax permits the Old Boy's Club to invert Parliamentary
processes and to rule by fiat. The FA Algorithm is far
more serious in which a rogue civil servant may manipulate his department
into 'Identity Theft'. Worldwide, human trafficking of labour and
prostitution has identity theft as its basis; a term associated with the 'Final
Solution' in Nazi Germany. Biden & Merkel are in the same position as
various Premiers when I suggested that they fight imposed legislation from 1985
onward. They didn't in SK, MB, nor ON (the originator of the FA
Algorithm). Angela Merkel and Biden are passing up the one
chance of stopping 'identity theft'; the first case for any modern democracy in
which a citizen is deprived of his native country's identity.
...35 year old Ottawa Justice Kirsten Muszynski put paid to
Canada's role on April 15-2021 by ignoring that central
question. Government becomes obsolete when individual bureaucrats run
the show. Canada Day by some indigenous peoples is
synonymous with the deaths of thousands of children in residential schools whom
lacked identity hence calling for Franco Alulio to
face criminal charges for treason is not unreasonable under these
circumstances. As to the successful appeal of one individual on a grand scale;
think of Ralph Nader's 'Unsafe at any speed' which is analogous to our
Institutional Autistic Institutions.

anti-vaxxer? ed. Put
it this way. In the summer of 1965 when I circumnavigated the world with a tour
group, I got an 'unnecessary' TABT shot in two doses(only cholera was
required). The first shot left me with a rosy arm plus overnight sweats in
which I felt a giant had reached down into my guts and kept jerking me all
