highly fraudulent case. Present this case on the first day of law classes so
that on the second day, half of the students will have departed. P.S. Who gets the tax deduction credit?

know anyone taking illicit drugs but there must be many to create a drug war in
nearby Brockville (older community of around 20,000) between rival gangs. I follow former POTUS Reagan's unsuccessful advice (1980's)

APR 24 A) The more I analyze the concept behind Flight Attendant (FA) Season 2 with a spy extension, the more I see
technical problems. Espionage films were pioneered by James Bond who always
managed to get himself captured and tortured.
If Cassie is seen to be tortured, to be sure many bozos will take that as a
given for their treatment of women in public. It's a 'gift' without a pleasant

A) Young Sheldon is
becoming as popular as Big Bang Theory both focusing on the career of Dr. Sheldon
Cooper (actor Jim Parsons who does the overvoice in
Young Sheldon). The last two episodes deal with the explosive topic of unwanted
pregnancy among two single people in a small Bible belt town where abortion is
not an option. The universal problem? Small towns where there is little to do
other than 'the dirty deed' with the inevitable results. That is why, in a
small QC town, a relative pushed to retain the services of a physical director
to give young people an alternative to an 'early marriage'. B) Food for thought: Guns have
overtaken auto accidents as the leading cause of death in the U.S. among young
people. C) world-wide drought
conditions are creating climate disasters; e.g. Ethiopian farmers plow with
humans as oxen have been eaten & they cannot afford tractors. D) Flight Attendant Season 2 comments
coming across as psychobabble to me best suited to a Woke audience... suits
some but not others. It also seems to be a spy story of the honeytrap
variety in which Israel & Russia specialize. Most actors are uncomfortable
with staged sex scenes which seems to be even more so in the case of Kaley Cuoco, the
protagonist. Her gushing TV reviews seem reflective of someone hiding something
personal. However, production costs being what they are, there is little new
fare hence critics are reluctant to detail their criticisms. E) A neighbor confirms this experience:

A) HOLLYWOOD CALLING: 2
Big Bang Theory actresses: a) Kaley Cuoco You
can take the girl out of Hollywood but you cannot take Hollywood out of the
girl. Kaley appropriately gushes on talk shows
promoting her new series, The Flight Attendant. While I did not see the
original movie, it was categorized as being accurate on the drinking problem
among stewardesses of which the heroine is one. Much was made of Kaley's drinking on Big Bang; is this art imitating real
life? Only Kaley's liver knows for sure. While I did
not see the movie, it was rated as mediocre by some critics; particularly the
ending. The new show introduces espionage. It's success will depend heavily on
the writers and staging. Big Bang had excellent writers and staging as well as
cast. As far as sex goes, stewardesses
usually reserve that for pilots on lay-overs. It is a
bit of a stretch to include passengers as sex targets. b) Mayim Bialik wears
many entertainment hats which is a diversion from doing anything really well
under one hat. Trooping out 'the dwarf' in Kat is reflective of a
program looking for a joke. As the saying goes; it's neither fish, nor fowl nor
good red herring. I was surprised that she got a second season. c) Both
these shows have passed their 'best before date'...where have all the good
writers gone?....the fat lady is waiting to sing. B) I am not one to linger in the past. As I was not going to get
job compensation (from over 50 judges across Cda.)
which was my due, I put an official end to even trying at the end of 2020.
Secondly, as no institution was vocal on the manner of my auto driver license
illicit suspension, I put an end to FAA
at the end of 2021. What I cannot put an end to is Identity Theft, an extension to FAA which robs me of a legal
existence = simply put, I no longer exist. Such an individual so afflicted
could be placed in a Psychiatric Hospital without a court Order where they
would disappear forever. That's what happens in Russia under Putin. The media

dispute, the authorities know that 'it is a race to the phone' for the winner.
In a parallel sense, Zelensky
not only races to the phone but won't get off to let Putin have his turn. D) Media midwit,
Conrad Black, a well-researched
conservative columnist, feels sanctions are over-rated against Russia. Tell
that to the Oligarchs operating abroad. Further, Russia's infrastructure,
similar to every other country, is at risk but even moreso
due to the sanctions. E) The worst
legacy of the Ukraine War will be the exodus of young Russians to seek their
fortunes abroad with no hope for Russia to replace the loss with immigration. F) Gather ye rosebuds while ye may... Pretty
pregnant 41 year old Britney Spears is
past her pretty stage ...and hence media appeal.... Having babies late in life
gives rise to such as an increase in Down's syndrome. Still, she is a very

the proxy war with the West at the cost of many soldiers on both sides of the
Ukraine War. The West can expect to prolong this war as they sweep up the
Russian Oligarchs living abroad leaving Russia as a third tier country. Putin is pushing WWIII concept as his back is pressed to the wall. His
nuclear option threat is counter-productive but nonetheless a dangerous option
to a cornered dictator. No doubt coup attempts are in the works by the Russian
military as they see the Ukraine War as a lose-lose proposition for them. Putin
has no choice but to pursue the war as restlessness in other Russian republics
could catch the 'Ukrainian Disease'. Next step? Individual political assassinations
to disrupt power across the world as per 1930's. Saudi Arabia, U.S. ally, could be a target with its 'out of
control' leader. B) Ghislaine
Maxwell sentencing delay highly
suspicious. Here's my take: She will be given a light sentence where pre-incarceration
counts for 3-1 time; then immediately deported to France where she holds
citizenship and then released 'on parole' in exchange for keeping the pilot's

interesting that no more victims have sued her now that she is
vulnerable...good work for dark net assassins if they can get it.... C) Death of 3 yr. old due to beatings
in U.S. has me wondering whether drug induced parents are the cause. Husband
unlikely to survive lengthy prison sentence as child diddlers
are at the top of the list for termination. It's an ugly world among drug

support. He really only wanted the prestige, not the job of being President. He

incarcerated people is a good reflection on one's society. Ottawa's Detention
Centre with the problem of 'jab' hesitancy (Ottawa Citizen article) shows that
Canada is no ball of fire on that topic. D)
If Covid don't get you than the bird flu will. Not as easily
transmittable but over 50% die if infected. Considering that children are the
biggest transmitters of Covid, it makes sense to
bring back masks in Ottawa schools as Covid numbers
skyrocket. E) Numbers of poisonous
plants is amazing. Fortunately, birds and animals sense the danger which humans
cannot...watch your small children closely in the 'natural' outdoors. F) HK demanding all pets be turned in
to fight against Covid expansion. I can just imagine
that happening in other pet loving countries including Canada. G) As I have not seen any columns from Mark Bonokoski,
I made wellness enquiries of 'bono' who has terminal cancer. There was no
reply. H) Puff media pieces such as
Ottawa's top employer (e.g. General Hospital) replaced by most 'toxic work
place' (e.g. Cda. Revenue). I find no difference as
they are both toxic to me; particularly the General Hospital. J) Freedom Protesters beginning to
fight back (e.g. MPP Randy Hillier)
as friends and associates operate their face book pages to get around bail
conditions. Hillier is strategically placed to reveal the Identity Theft silence of FAA,
so why doesn't he as it is an un-related crime to him? K) Ottawa lawyer Lawrence Greenspon getting a lot of coverage defending Freedom
Convoy types in court. Someone should ask him about publicizing FAA's Identity Theft which bars this
writer from any legal representation.
L) Will Canada's economic demise
begin with the trucking industry where problems are many and solutions are few?
As long as I can remember (1970's), Independent Truckers were vulnerable.
Today, all truckers are at risk with young people unwilling to enter a
profession characterized by older driver's retiring early. M) Anomaly: Reddit posting video games advertising alongside
actual footage of war = confused young people. N) Easter weekend promises an increase in Covid
rates on top of skyrocketing numbers already. Historically, children are
discouraged from visiting retirement residences for reasons of disease transmissions.
Taking Grandma into the family home for an Easter dinner is not promising in
that respect but the public is bored with warnings hence I consider myself
lucky to remain in self-isolation. O) 'lock
'er up' Hilary Clinton may be in trouble for misleading
the FBI in 2018 regarding the U.S. Federal Election as she is charged
criminally. P) While my amateur
drama experience is limited to three years in the 1960's, a key observation
which I suggest applies to professional theatre as well is when actors try to
apply their on-stage persona to real life: e.g. Kaley Cuoco. (Why didn't she marry someone her
own age?) Trouble is multiplied when A type personalities marry other A types
rather than a non-competitive B type (like me). I call these 'Hollywood Marriages'.
(disclosure: Neither A nor B types
seem interested in me currently...oh well, back to the old drawing board.... I
applaud her in knowing that she does not want a baby. (Neither did my estranged
wife at first but later became an excellent mother and successful teacher aide
when she changed her mind after marriage.) Children refocus a marriage to a
broader social spectrum; particularly teen-agers of which I taught in high
school. Divorces wreak havoc on children as do fighting parents... enough
already on pop psychology.... Q) Again? Ottawa

APR 13 A) It would appear from a lack of reporting, that the Ukrainian &
Russian troops are immune to Covid. Many wars in
history have been called off due to the troops 'getting the trots'. B) Waging war requires infrastructure. In short, if POTUS dies,
the U.S. war effort can continue against Russia. If Putin dies, the Ukraine War
ends. That is the essence of the CIA bear-baiting plot which does not want to
see Putin die...yet. Not until the USSR has been economically eviscerated
without using the nuclear option. It's a proxy digital stock market fight where
all see the Communist USSR disappearing forever hence an extended war is the
answer in which individual Ukrainians pay the ultimate price along with Russian
troops. ...have I ever been wrong?.... C)
Mariupol is the second and last chance Putin has to succeed as he can expect a
coup if he fails to take all the
Ukraine. In short, he is being nickels and dimed to death. That possibility is
enhanced by the fact that his extended demoralized conscript line is facing a
highly professional and motivated military with advanced weaponry. Other than
possibly Hungary (its leader now
condemns Putin), no nation will
erect a monument to Putin whose exit options amount to a) Hitler swallowing his
gun b) Hanging upside down in Red Square similar to Mussolini c) being
incarcerated in a mental institution (the Franco Alulio
algorithm) where the Napoleon option (arsenic) is included in his medication. D) Just don't do drugs (former POTUS Regan in 1980's) tried but it didn't
work if based on current epidemic of fentanyl laced

order permitted a Sheik to alter his police headgear. Does this trend open the
way for police to wear such as 'Black lives matter' logos? Ottawa police cars
have shown bumper stickers for 'Big Bother' connections at one time but no

APR 10 A) Abusers calling out Student officials at games reminds me of this story as a Teacher sponsor of a volleyball team with a senior student as coach. In order to give this coach 'space' to do her job, I sat on the other side of the gym only to witness a team member walk up to the student official to call him out on a ruling. (Only the sponsor -in this case, the student coach- or team captain may address the official.) As sponsor, 'I was wrong' in not sitting on the player's bench to block that player's action. The official laid a complaint which our P.E. Dept. wanted to whitewash. I knew this particular official from other games and respected his decisions so I backed him. A meeting held for the purpose did not include me and, yes, the Decision was indeed whitewashed. In brief, I was not considered a 'team player' in this and many other things by the authorities as I acted according to my conscience. B) Skiing Accident in Whistler Mtn.'s Back Bowl claiming the death of one skier reminded me of a parallel story from the 1970's in which a neighborhood couple were killed in a similar accident in Back Bowl. Two common elements: Back Bowl a notorious area for avalanches plus the same time for the accident; namely 4 P.M. after a day of the sun beating down on the slope creating instability. General skiers do not carry transceivers (not available in 1970's) hence no-one knew of the accident until no-one picked up their baby at 6 P.M. from the daycare. A rescue dog eventually found the bodies. Another interesting fact, most skiing deaths occur in small avalanches. I was surprised to see where a skier died up Mt. Baker (a hundred miles E. of Vancouver, another popular Van. one day trip) in an innocuous area just off the main trail. A second former student has 'no powers of memory' due to a skiing accident. How that is defined I do not know but I guess his wife has to treat him like a small child. C) In another skiing story where students raced with each other prompting 'over-skiing'; a former female student became a paraplegic. Her story as a later medical doctor (with limitations) was told on a TV Special. I would never sponsor ski races for this reason, nor events involving open water (I was not alone in this as I knew one Ottawa elementary Principal who banned such events). Accidents can happen anywhere to anyone in almost any physical activity. The point here is to limit the number and severity of such accidents. I operated on the 'fuddy duddy' end of the spectrum for which I do not apologize as popular teachers sometimes take chances with student safety (e.g. coaches of senior boys teams 'boozing' on sport trips). As a generalization, parents should be relieved with school sponsored trips which are fewer and fewer as schools opt out of them (insurance reasons as well as safety). D) As a Jr. Sec. girl's volleyball coach, I inherited a top team from elementary school (usually these are grabbed by the popular teachers. One such teacher used to 'shop' for top teams) in which we won every game for two years straight bringing this Secondary School its first District championship. One technique I invented was to size up gymnasiums beforehand e.g. 'notice how the side wall is closer to the court line than in our school so that an 'out-of court ball' may be indeed 'inside' in this particular school'. E) Even in the 90's, gym classes have been stripped of all but 'floor-based activities' i.e. no trampolines or balance bars which have re-located to private clubs charging fees. Country students plus poorer students are at a big disadvantage.
APR 09 A) I mentioned earlier that Putin should be charged with war crimes by using the nuclear option; namely, against his own soldiers at Chernobyl who dug in for a month in the radio-active Red Forest. Turns out that Chernobyl 1986 was ignored in Russian classrooms hence soldiers were ignorant guinea pigs. A horrible death is in store for those victims. Merely replacing Russian leadership is scapegoating as Putin is considered widely read. Russians at large would never let Putin be released to the Hague for any war crime trial preferring him to exit the iconic 10th floor hotel window onto the pavement below. There is no other future for him. Ask Hitler how this one works. Meanwhile, world-wide sanctions will continue against the Oligarchs as they have their criminal empire stolen by other crooks. That is why the Ukraine War will get drawn out. Plus drawn out war good for increased NATO membership. B) China pursuit of Tech billionaires as threat to Chinese gov't. has amazing support abroad in terms of limiting power of High Tech where much of the 1% wealthy reside. The West has its own 'oligarchs'. C) Economically, the significance of the Ukraine war is to place an end to globalism. Pension funds, for example, should review where their funds are placed. (Cda. for example, has pension funds related to China based Companies.) Massive ON Teachers Pension Fund has always avoided armaments based industries; now possibly China based Companies such as Huawei. D) Ottawa wastewater analysis shows skyrocketing increase in Covid which is echoed around the world e.g. Shanghai shut-down where starvation looms. In my South Ottawa area, about half of people observe mask protection with all retail clerks observing the protection. Distancing seems to be the better control which most people do. ('It ain't over until its over and the fat lady sings') E) From one perspective, Russia's departure from the UN Human Rights Commission is paralleled by this self-same body failing to acknowledge FAA with its attendant Identity Theft by this writer which is the crime of the 21st century. As members of the 5-country UN Security Council, both Russia & China have a right to speak out on this iniquitous Cda. action which is a threat to the driving public everywhere.
APR 08 A) POTUS Biden should be more careful on calling Putin a war criminal as there are many, even within the U.S., who submit that POTUS G.W.Bush should be tried too as a criminal for his false 'weapons of mass destruction' accusations which led to the Iraq War. B) If all the citizens desert Mariupol , just what is it the Russians will be seizing? (SEE cartoon above APR 03). Casualties climb at the end of wars. C) Israel shootings reflective of mid-East pressures possibly leading to WWIII. D) Boomer Groomer? 87 year old Robin (d. Mar. 27) after getting mrna vax (SEE Apr. 6 D below). He fell down outside the front door from a heart attack (long Covid?) and was whisked to hospital for 2 weeks. I saw him on his return in the lobby looking 'hail & hearty' shortly before his death in his sleep. Would this senior have been better off without the 'jab' considering that he was self-isolating? Some studies would say 'yes. One personal way in which I evaluate the Covid threat is to notice if regular grocery checkout clerks are still on the job... they are. E) Are all countries going the way of the ruble? Bankrupt Lebanon appears to have that answer. Corruption adds to the problem of all economic systems being unsupportable with the top 1% getting richer. Have I ever been wrong?.... Canada's budget meaningless as post-dated financial promises mean very little. F) Call for criminal charges against Putin can be legally (the 'issues' level far apart) compared to my call for same against Cda. judges in Edmonton for fraud (class action civil trial which goes unreported in media). No call for class civil charges for Putin. Maybe there should be. G) When is Ghislaine Maxwell to be sentenced by U.S. Federal court?... the length of sentence to be the key. Current delay is suspicious. H) Food producers are using stale dough which does not last to its 'best before date' = requires more selective buying. J) War tactics are universal. For example placing captured troop in vanguard in Ukraine of an attack met with this 1970's response from my SE Asia UBC Professor imprisoned in Singapore in WWII: 'If it had not been for the atomic bomb, we would have expected to be placed in front of the Japanese troops to be killed by our own advancing army' = why he supported the dropping of the A bomb. in 2022 when I suddenly realize that I have already read this novel. How so?
Novelists have specialists through their publishing Companies which tell the

If others are suffering from Covid; they keep it
quiet although there is an upsurge in Ottawa. I, along with many others
(including service people), still wear masks. E) Legalizing Cannabis a big mistake as young people turn to 'the
good stuff' which is cheaper than gov't. ...and a lot
more dangerous as it is laced with fentanyl for an
additional high which is leading to a skyrocketing death rate among young
users. Unfortunately, this cat is out of the bag world-wide. F) About time Ottawa Police arrested Montrealers in car
theft ring in two sting operations. Bigger problem is still those dock
containers in Montreal port which RCMP cannot control. G) New Ferrari crash (U.K.) reminds me of this story: To Hertz
Manager. I bet you have more accidents with truck rentals due to lack of
familiarity by car drivers, met with
this response; Actually, it is the other way around as people think they know
how to drive a new car from past experiences (car rentals now include 1-1
instruction for some time now). Unfortunately, no such detailed instructions
are given new car owners ('see the manual' which most driver don't for good
reason. On one occasion, I got bogged down with seat belt harness details and

B) Bird Flu spread by wild birds as well as farm birds; e.g. wild goose in Ottawa area. Really no protection against this one disease which does not transmit easily to humans. C) Sex pain? A recent topic. Marilyn Munroe did not like sex due to sex pain. D) Covid spiking in Ottawa. I keep my mask on (mandatory in our apartment elevator).
APR 04 A) Penny wise, pound foolish Grocery stores with this sign: Made fresh from our bakery ...with cheap dough which goes stale in a few days supplied by the warehouse. I now buy only packaged cookies. B) Happy Birthday, Joan (d. 2000) my older sister by 3 years. C) State of Siege (1956) written by Eric Ambler lays out the template for dictators. The new dictator in this novel knows that future revolt will come from within the young military so he plants his man inside to eventually provoke this group into acting prematurely. On the appointed date, the incumbent dictator pulls all his troops out of the city on so-called military exercises leaving it to the rebels to walk in after which he surrounds the city calling for the weakened rebels to surrender giving all but the leaders amnesty (pursuit in country requires 5-1 soldiers; city fighting is 1-1). Hence foreign countries always take a day or two to recognize new regimes. The Russian-Ukraine war is a variation of this theme in which Putin was sucker-punched. Somebody should have told Putin that you do not invade in the muddy months but he should have known that. D) Long time Hungarian leader, Viktor Orban, and his Oligarchs may be the model for J.T. and his cohorts if J.T. stays in Office (N.B. Canada supports Ukraine). Orban won in the recent 'controversial' Hungarian election... move over Serbia; another dictatorship supporting Russia. It sounds far-fetched but NATO and EU's bad boy still holds considerable clout in his country as shown by his willingness to criticize the Jewish Zelensky. (historical note: The Nazis used the Hungarians in WWII to exterminate Ukrainian Jews) Hungarians seem equally divided between supporting Russia or Ukraine. There are no public displays of support common in other EU countries for Ukraine in Hungary. E) Civilian role in time of war (from WWII): ...to have 2 flags and be ready to pull down one of them depending on the brand of the arriving army. F) Costa Rica Popular tourist destination & country without an army is moving downhill politically. Best watch your back, Jack tourist.(disclosure: I have been to both the East & West coast on cruise ships.) G) Selecting old men to be Pope is reflective of inner church dissent hence German cardinal calling current Pope 'an old man' has political ramifications. APR 03 A) The Proxy war... between the criminal elements of the world against Russia's oligarchs who were becoming the most powerful criminal organization ever seen functioning on the level of a major nation (so whom will replace them in the money-laundering business?). Hence an idea was formed; to provoke Putin into making war on the Ukraine enabling the sanctions against the oligarchs. It worked although at the cost of many dead on both sides of the war in the Ukraine. Russia will never be the same again; possibly seeing the end to communism. This subterfuge is credited with the CIA in the vanguard being supported by China whom, as pointed out previously, stand to gain from a weakened Russia hence the Hunter Biden connection. Trump smells this rat but is only undermining his own position by supporting Putin with whom he is financially indebted. 50% of Russia's income comes from oil. You can bet these sanctions hurt. Keeping the Ukraine war going is enabling a crack-down on Russian oligarchs abroad with their criminal activities. B) Ghislaine Maxwell can now only appeal the jury Decision for which there will be little success. Will she be joining her pervert partner in death either by her own hand or 'handed to her'? C) W5 has one of these oligarchs sponsoring the new Toronto LRT line; no doubt with Premier Ford's acquiescence. D) And if Organized Crime doesn't get you, then a corrupt Cdn. Justice System will! E) Ghislaine Maxwell Retrial denied by judge saves the U.S. Federal Court System from a fate parallel to the Cda. imploded one. POTUS Biden is saved from Mistake 2 (#1 was Kabul pull-out & #3 is Identity Theft of this Canadian writer). Mistake #2 may soon become Hunter Biden's connection to China and the provocation of the Ukraine War. How about long range Ukraine War on Russian young people who can expect to depart Russia in droves undermining any recovery. Russia is in negative territory on population expansion in any event. H) Increased economic instability around the world leading to food riots, the ultimate downfall of any society (Napoleon: an army (country today) marches on its stomach). At the same time, the top 1% wealthy are becoming wealthier. J) Cdn. media still maintaining boycott of Identity Theft after Apr. 01 Newsletter calling for the removal of Premier Doug Ford from all politics as a non-partisan request. K) Start of Ramadan heightens world's insecurity. L) It's an age-old story: Ottawa homicide victim with two young children murdered with live-in father charged with murder. The victim gets a court order for exclusion to be used when she wants him to leave after letting him into the residence in the first place. Some people cannot be helped. M) All these apologies from institutions have one common ground: 'bring money with your apology'. I refused participating in a class civil action against judges in Edmonton amid media silence for ethical reasons: I rejected this 'easy money' at taxpayer expense ('healing ceremonies for sale....') on ethical grounds; why should the taxpayer bailout miscreant judges whom should have been tried criminally? N) Paratranspo O.S. p.3 (disclosure: 20 years ago, I drove for Para Transpo as a semi retirement job for 4 years.) At that time, clients had to wait up to 2 hrs. for new bookings as steady clients were already booked in. SOLUTION? No waiting but new bookings must be made one day in advance = no last minute daily requests any longer. If sufficient number of programmers (4) worked overnight, daily requests could be granted if sufficient number of vehicles provided. (as vehicles age, more are left sitting in repair depot waiting for limited mechanic numbers due to budgetary reasons = more money required which has gone to LRT; a system which does not compete with Ottawa downtown direct door arrival in winter conditions by busses. We did not need an LRT (most in world have problems) but developers' needs win out including a Russian Oligarch in Toronto currently for a new LRT line. Political answer? ...'we need more data' as opposed to 'we need more brains'. One political family member in small town QC used to answer such recommendations by saying...'Which program would you cancel to acquire the necessary funds for your idea?' (he fought uphill to keep a community physical advisor to offset usual small town pregnancies as youth had nothing else to do. My early neighborhood chum got caught in this trap in his teen-age years.) O) O.S. pp 4-6 world-wide age old problem: municipalities building on flood plains to increase tax basis (& enrich developers who finance compliant politicians) which ultimately lead to expensive disasters ('castles built on sand'). One such disaster looking for a place to happen was a development in an old river bed in California.
