RENAME
WELLINGTON ST. ROGER CALLOW WAY (FAA-Identity Theft-Reference)
NOV. 30 Scathing denunciation of the Ottawa LRT Construction, the 'tinkertoy train built by organized crime' in my words.
Rogue civil servants acting unitarily reminds me of FAA where actions are taken apart from public knowledge. Solutions?
No effective ones. Former Mayor Watson & business manager Kanelakos (resigned) are focus of fronting for this abysmal
mess. Franco Alulios
would appear to rule the day. And behind him, are such as Premier Ford....

Suggested by American
scientist Jerry Pournelle, this law states that "in any bureaucracy, the people devoted
to the benefit of the bureaucracy itself always get in control and those
dedicated to the goals the bureaucracy is supposed to accomplish have less and
less influence, and sometimes are eliminated entirely."
NOV.29 A) Sea Hawke by bombastic author, Ted Bell, purports to be the 'new James Bond' rather than 'Superman
on steroids' who would bring a knife to a gunfight. So why didn't I consign
this novel to the trash bin? Because of the many accurate historical references
of which I am cognizant. B) The enemy of
my enemy is my friend... or so it would seem as the U.S. excuses Saudi
Arabia (which is resisting Iran) from the Kashoggi
Murder in their embassy in Turkey. The real story? All major embassies can be
expected to have a 'killing room' for the purpose hence S.A. surprise at
Turkey's public reaction .... C) Revelations
'forthcoming' on Epstein/Maxwell
perpetrators ...so where are they? Just askin....
D) Google's MSN loading up with too
much clickbait; Reddit too much repetition = rise of the private blogs such as this
one.... E) Ottawa business manager Kanellakos following former mayor Jim Watson into oblivion over LRT
scandal.... F) There is no question
that winter tires work cutting down
stopping distance. My car has 4 seasons
tires which few people know about; about half as responsive as winter tires
but far more responsive as summer tires hence I do not change tires during the
year and avoid driving in slippery conditions. G) J.T. announces Spring Election. If Poilievre and his Tory Party are not going to expose FAA, Tories should give their vote to the PPC (no seats but running members in every location).
NOV.28 A) Every day we are inundated with disaster stories (e.g. killer mud
slides) from Third World countries without an infrastructure. Haiti is a good
example with the rulers ripping off aid packages. Democracy is a fragile entity
with Canada having sacrificed its democratic status with FAA/Identity Theft.... B) Don't
like losing your FIFA Game? Rioting in downtown Belgium seems to becoming a
norm... so much for good sportsmanship....
NOV. 27
NOV.27
NOV.28

A) With his faux 'psychiatric help',
rogue civil servant Franco Alulio - under the aegis of Premier Ford for whom I have requested that Ford be removed from
all politics - has created the crime of the 21st century with an algorithm
denying his victim any access to the
law as a result of the attendant Identity
Theft... and not a peep out of Canada (media/politicians) or Canadians at
large = Canada's National Disease (cowardice). He should be tried for
fraud/treason for acting on his own recognizance and authority. (The court
ignored my legal suit.) B) To be
sure, the perpetrators of the Freedom
Convoy wish now that they had used this option of lifting driver's licenses
on which individual truck driver livelihoods depend as opposed to the Emergency Act which has back-fired on
the authorities... to bastardize Stalin: no
driver's license / no truck driver problem. B) O.S p.6 Lorrie
Goldstein column: Judge cannot get legal folder justifying invoking the Freedom Act, the key document. An
ethical judge would step down without writing a Report as opposed to whining
about not getting key evidence.... C) pp
8-10 A puff piece (3 pages no
less!) on new Ottawa Police Chief Eric
Stubbs who was helicoptered in after Sloly resignation... It would seem this misdirection
article is covering the fact, that similar to Sloly,
Stubbs lacks widespread support from the Ottawa Police.... D) p.12 Labour Case in which a dismissed
senior employee must seek out similar employment is reinforced after much
billable time nonsense (to drive underfunded employee away). In 1985, as a
senior teacher I was 'laid off' for economic reasons under B.C.'s BILL 35 used only for this victim
before it was rescinded (banana republic legislation). The Union 'minder' was
forever asking me how much money I had and what were my alternatives for
employment.... That is why Company's offer 'packages' at about age 52
(sister-in-law banking manager with cancer) which employees have little choice but
to take. The law, in brief, counts for little, affordability of an extended
court case is the key. Don't listen to this labour
guru.... I never received any compensation
including pension rights (Over 50 judges including 4 approaches to the SCofC). You have
exhausted all remedy under the law for
compensation 2003 statement from my Ottawa lawyer = demise of Cdn. Justice System. Now under Identity Theft (FAA) I no longer 'exist'. The Emergency Act Investigation is a mere bagatelle compared to my
unpublished story. Oh yes, the West Vancouver School Board won't recognize the
court quashing of the rogue arbitration because 'BILL 35 did not recognize any
notion of Appeal'. E) editorial: Canada's failing infrastructure has a
parallel in the private sector; mainly keeping an emergency fund available for
repairs. For example, our skyrise is well managed...
most are not so that inhabitants are dunned with additional fees. In gov't. much aid money is kicked back for political
purposes.

...and many many
more....
NOV.26 A) To me the major significance of the Emergency Act Inquiry is how the banks froze the donors bank
accounts so that they could not conduct business... shame on the Cdn. banking industry.... B) The cartoon on 'pushing a camel through the eye of a needle' (Nov.25)was an English misunderstanding
of the Arabic for 'wool'... there, that is your history lesson for today. C) Outpouring of sentiment from Cartoonists
on 100th anniversary of Charles Shultz... cartoonists are our future displacing
what passes for the media....
NOV.25
A) 'She's a tvit': Deputy Minister Chrystia Freeland not incorrectly pointed out in the Emergency Act Inquiry that the goodwill of U.S. Investors is
required in Canada which the Freedom
Convoy on the U.S.-Canada bridge at Windsor was dramatically undermining.
So what does she do? What all politicians do...run off to their nearest Old
Boys Contact (this one being someone in the U.S.) to ask them what to do next?
(Actually, in Canada's case, I too have deserted the field to apply to anyone
abroad to tell Canada what to do next about the 21st century crime of the Franco Alulio
Algorithm with its extension of Identity
Theft; namely, to charge this
rogue civil servant with fraud/treason). The
hottest places in hell are reserved for those who (including C. F. whom continues to ignore FAA/I.T. despite my direct appeals to
her), in times of great moral crisis,
maintain their neutrality.... B) While
we are on the topic of weak Cabinet Ministers, Justice Minister David Lametti is right
up there at the top failing to give a legal interpretation of the Emergency Act. C) Legal Billable Time Nonsense? Class action against two banks
with Jeffrey Epstein (suicided) as a client... almost every perp has a banking connection. This is one which should be
thrown out of court 'with costs'. 'It is
the business of the court to make business for itself'.... D) Rape is a terrible crime,
particularly for women, & N.Y. is attempting to somewhat right this wrong with current legislation revising old
cases. It is a bit like DNA Evidence which freed over 200 death row inmates in
the 1990's. The bigger problem is 'retroactive law' which undermines all
law.... For example, the verdict may read... you have been found guilty by a jury of your peers which may escape
the truth of the matter but it is the best society has to give....
Nov. 25
Nov. 24
NOV.24 Cartoons have a plethora of U.S. Thanksgiving jokes...
kill me now....Oh well, it is limited to one weekend similar to Halloween. Xmas
stretched over one week leads to too much drink and too many arguments (too bad
New Years didn't follow Xmas on the following Day rather than Boxing Day).
Apart from Retail, Industry counts the Xmas season a bust such as was the case
with my father with his small Industrial wholesale Company.
NOV.23 COVID: A) A photo of the FIFA fans packed in together
did not show one mask in the group. Most store workers wear masks as do many
customers such as myself. I wonder what the
Covid rate is among Russian & Ukraine troops
& how they deal with it? China with its draconian shut-down laws e.g.
factories with workers still in them has the lowest rate of deaths per thousand
at 3%. The U.K. is at 14% with the U.S. at 20% where there have been 350,000
deaths. The current challenge includes flu and RSV (children's disease) which
confuses data collection as to total threat. Stay home if you can going out
only for food if you do not use 'food shoppers'. B) So top rated FIFA Argentina is defeated by Saudi Arabia; the
second lowest team in the league amid public outcry of 'fix' in this troubled
Qatar games. C) Report the news, dammit and THEN follow up with commentary if necessary.
After 2 minutes of a garbled CTV News Broadcast, I still did not know who won
the Belgium-Canada FIFA Game so I had to check out the score on the internet
(Belgium won). D) It sounds like
scumbag Premier Ford is ducking the
Freedom Convoy Investigation for good reason... subpoena him!

NOV.21 A) You get what you pay for...(and then sometimes you pay but the goods
aren't delivered). An Arizona married
teacher couple sold their sex act film to a pornography site much to the
amusement of their students; less so their parents and the School Board who
fired them. Their comment is worth investigating: On the poor teaching salary
we were getting, we had to earn money to make ends meet (pun intended). First
of all, in general professional teachers are held to a higher moral standard
for obvious reasons. Secondly, outside of U.S. cities where teacher Unions are
extant, rural interests pay what they can... and get what they get accordingly.
Not so Canada where all teachers are in the Union which developed in the 1960's
when Teacher Training Schools moved onto university campuses with their higher
academic standards. (I graduated from UBC in 1964 with my Teaching Certificate
on top of a B.A. degree). Hence there is not such a variance in school
performance in Canada as the U.S. where great disparities abound. In the 1950's
when Cdn. teachers were non-unionized, they had to
pick up other activities - running orchards or motels in the summer, taxi-cab
services, delivery services in evening hours - all on top of running a family.
Will the AZ couple earn more doing porn? you bet. It's a billion dollar
industry. To be sure the news media are looking for such as live sex on TV to
keep from going bankrupt... 'tits and ass are in'; good moral behaviour is out. B)
No wonder Premier Ford does not
want to take the stand in the Emergency
Act Investigation; particularly as it relates to the blocking of the bridge
joining the U.S. & Canada. But then he is also behind FAA/Identity Theft ...where is the investigation of this 21st
century crime? (Don't waste time asking the media or Opposition M.P.'s) C)
Teacher Strike called off as Ford gov't. folded
seeing as how the public were not buying into their scam. Nor were the School
Boards which threatened to close schools completely. Only media curmudgeon Brian Lilley believes the Union caved.
What has happened is that the union are turning the matter over to a vote by
the membership with a recommendation of rejecting it. The war is not over yet. D) So B.C.'s new Premier &
Vancouver's mayor would like to extend 'wellness checks'... Ontario's FAA/Identity Theft is now being
exported? Why have courts of law any longer as they are redundant. I am
personally proof positive of that assertion....
Nov. 21
Nov. 20
NOV.20 A) O.S.
p.9 Media curmudgeon Brian Lilley leaps on the anti-FIFA
bandwagon vis a vis human rights which others (Nov.18 Tarak Fatah) have exposed. Two things wrong with this
article; the first not of Lilley's making: a) the focus of these articles are
on the fans; not the players. The Olympic Games collapsed in history when
politics overcame the actual games; the second is personal. Lilley refuses to
publish on FAA/Identity Theft as per
my request which is a greater danger to the world than any other human rights
abuse (some would say WWII in Europe against Nazi Germany was fought on this
basis). Today one victim - me - tomorrow, the numbers could be legion. Lilley
is the one who should have been given a 'giant red card'... His P.12 article merely restates what
everyone in gov't. knows; namely, the gov't. is run by the Old Boys Club through the Privy Council; democracy be
damned.... B) p.10 BILL 23 protests grow amid 'demovictions'
(renters being ousted for redevelopment which renters cannot afford). It's
historical everywhere. The building owner rents to cover basic operating costs
until the value of the land increases which is when he sells. ON's Bill 23
makes it easier for landlords who are not without a rebuttal as some tenants
use the protest to extort 6 months of not paying rent on top of getting a bonus
to move. The question is where to move as cities are running out of low cost
accommodation. As the Greater Vancouver Regional District guest speaker to my
senior Geography class stated in the 1970's; 'We throw out our garbage...but where? (The oceans). Moving to
smaller satellite city areas for the poor leads to increased travel time plus
attendant costs. City subsidies create their own problems but space here limits
that discussion (e.g. units not maintained e.g. cockroaches). City Councilors
usually take the Development money and run. C) p.14 midwit Lorrie Goldstein reinforces argument that gov't.
watchdog committees are nothing more than cover-up committees for the Old Boys
Club. (also midwit Lorne Gunter on p. 19 vis a vis Freedom Convoy... he points out the major crime of banks freezing accounts of donation
clients who could not even pay their rent & buy food. Why vote under these
circumstances, I ask? (I don't.) 'rules
for thee, but not for me'.... D)
J.T.'s stand-in at the Remembrance
Day ceremonies in Ottawa was his son... move over Bush & Clinton
oligarchies....While no reflection on the well-mannered son, this is another
good reason for not voting.... E) p.16
CBC gobbling up taxes: Definitive article on 'money in' but where does it
go besides 'Directors fees' and there is an abundance of those... my question?
How much of that money is kicked back to the political party slush funds (money
laundering).... F) p. 17 Economic Madness (Brexit) by midwit Warren Kinsella is, I submit, the template for every country
with its national debt including the U.S. Russia augments that decline with
war. 'Bitcoin' where are you now that the world needs
a new monetary order?... oh, right, in bankruptcy.... Kinsella
concludes... There's only so much bad
news one can stomach, old chap with Russia showing just how much the
average individual must take. It's the 'hand basket to Hell' future for
humanity with some countries well on their way... Argentina, Lebanon, Turkey,
Japan... the list is endless.... P.S. Warren, Churchill rained down a 'world of
hurt' by rejecting the Nazi's overtures too.... G) Ottawa Senators to be sold ...and moved to Hamilton? The problem
originates when the Federal gov't. cut back on free
seasons tickets to Federal employees. First reduction was the elimination of
'boxes' at the stadium. COVID has reduced income drastically. H) ...and you have a pleasant day,
too....
NOV.19 A) Three Deadly Plagues - Covid, Flu, RSV Children's Disease - taking their toll. Stay at home if at all
possible. B) There is nothing
historic about 24 Sussex Drive (old lumber baron's house). Taking down this
moldy residence and rebuilding is the cheapest way to go. My ex-wife used to
cough regularly in one older residence with mold which disappeared when we
moved into an apartment. The basement of this 48 year apartment block rebuilt
their basement level (where there are no apartments) due to mold. Britain's
habit of turning off the heat during the day time when no one was at home must have
created an epidemic of mold in their damp climate.
NOV.18 A) Good for columnist Tarek Fatah
calling out the FIFA games in Qatar where 6700 immigrant workers died
building the infrastructure. FIFA itself
is a highly compromised body explaining how Qatar got the games in the first
place. B) Do you wonder why there is
such a shortage of such as medical doctors considering that the gov'ts. are pouring money into health care? Doctors are
limited as to what they can charge the gov't. for
patient care making it impossible to maintain their higher standard of living.
So, where have all these funds gone? The $64 question. CUPE, where are you, now
that your organizing skills are needed most? C) DON'T DO DRUGS: A couple of deaths per day in Toronto area where
even Naxalone cannot stop the purge due to cutting
the drugs with all sorts of dangerous other drugs designed to get a bigger
high. It's a sick world all in the name of party! party!.... D) New Ottawa Mayor, Mark Sutcliffe is off to see Premier Ford. Hopefully,
his discussion includes my Identity
Theft which I have asked him to look into (twice).

NOV.16 A) Elon Musk: 'Work
long hours or leave' message to Twitter
staff. While I am an advocate of 'no violence to people', I trust that he
has his life insurance paid in full. This run-away hedge fund manager is a
'clear & present danger' in the U.S. He is out to maximize the return for
the top 1% wealthy. Those laid off in the U.S. lose not only their jobs but
their medical coverage (a program set up in WWII when there was no unemployment
and is the biggest factor in keeping the U.S. from being 'great again'). B) Republicans win 218 votes and
control in Congress over Democratic President = a stalemate gov't.
NOV.15 A) Xi of China did not go far enough with J.T. calling him out for matters of
protocol. Similar to Russia (UN Security Council sanction), he should call him
out for the 21st century crime of IDENTITY
THEFT by a rogue civil servant who escapes being charged with fraud due to
his perversion of driving records. The U.S. is fast becoming remiss considering
that they are a car-driving culture as well and will soon be accused of the
'Canadian Disease' (National Cowardice). I am disappointed that the Freedom Convoy interests remain silent
on this crime of the 21st century in this insidious as well as heinous story.
Maybe the cartoonists such as Doonesbury can expose this 'clear and present danger' to the N. American
driving public. B) Do Gov'ts. provoke strikes? MY RESPONSE: Absolutely. For
example, the Teachers Strike beginning next Monday, from one point of view, is
one in which the gov't. doesn't pay teacher salaries.
That money can be spent elsewhere. The key is to blame the unions for the
strike of which Educ. Minister Lecce has done. Most parents are disinterested
in management-employee squabbles regarding schools; they just do not want their
'babysitting service' cancelled. That's why I have called for a personal
protest at the residence of Lecce & Premier Ford (much like Franco Alulio)
but please, no violence to people. Media Curmudgeon Brian Lilley blames the Unions... but then he is just following
orders... Why not circle his house too?....

A) The Lost Girls of Paris a detailed introspective novel on British
spying in France during WWII by Pam Jenoff calculates the high cost of spying for
individual spies. As a history teacher, my memory of those times suggested that
little change was effected in the direction of the war effort by these spies.
Hitler's unsuccessful efforts to burn Paris behind the retreating German troops
could have been thwarted by the Underground Fr. and Br. who supplied weapons
(De Gaulle wanted all credit to go to the Fr. Resistance). The leader of our
1965 CAA World Trip was a Belgian who was parachuted into that area and
immediately arrested, as he claimed was the case for most spies. His Br. wife
hardly recognized him after the war as he had lost so much weight. One
explanation I ran across was that the German turned by the Br. to respond to
German wire messages was in turn again turned by the Germans back on the Br. as
a double spy. One thing stands out in this novel; the utter bravery of some
individuals under the most heinous tortures. In brief, the Nazis got what they
deserved at the Munich trials (I remember visiting there and seeing the playing
field which was a barracks back in 1946 where these butchers were hanged).
NOV.14

A) Why 'drive-by-shootings' make the most sense. The perp
is already inside his stolen getaway car which can easily be torched to destroy
all evidence... which would put novelist John
Grisham (The Boys From Biloxi) at a disadvantage with his
bombs in buildings leaving all sorts of trails = poetic license. In Russia,
jumping from the '22nd floor' onto the
street below effectively removes the problem from the hotel to the civic
authorities as it is next to impossible to prove the victim leapt from any
story with the usual explanation that the body was merely dumped there. B) Why I would never be invited to a religious
retreat... When the Big Guy with a 'G' on his tea shirt saw that Adam was
lonely, why not create another guy so that they could share beers together (he
already had the template with Adam) as opposed to going to all the trouble of
creating Eve who could bear children? Why would God do that unless he foresaw
sending both into the world to bear children; probably so he could have the
orchard apples all to himself! In brief, He was doing evil in the name of good;
the highest crime in society. When one considers that in the battle between
good & evil, evil invariably wins out, isn't one better off betting on the
Devil? C) Why we are on this
speculative jaunt; if it had not been for his mistress; handsome Gary Hart would have likely been the
'new Kennedy' as President in the 1990's... no Clintons; no G.W. Bush; no Iraq
War amid 'wars of mass destruction' ...U.S. history would have been changed
forever....

NOV. 13 A) O.S. a)pp2-3 All about the departing Ottawa Mayor; nothing
on his replacement = makes Mayor Mark Sutcliffe sound like a 'weak sister'.... b) pp4-5 More germane in this second
'puff piece' is a history of the departing city councilors. Truth has taken a
beating in both cases through the 'error of omission'. c) p.6 SK 'bar murder' ...you can help 'justice' by sending
money....(boy, was the First Nations ever annoyed with the Pope after his
recent visit when he didn't send money!) d)
p.7 ...a legitimate topic... how Movember through
hockey is assisting mental illness. e)
p.8 Many interesting historical points in midwit Brian Lilley's column on use of the notwithstanding clause amounts to so
much claptrap when you consider his own personal failure to publish FAA/I.T. as well as NOT noting that
Premier Ford was using the clause as a bargaining chip (interfering with
negotiations) as opposed to applying the rule externally before or after a labour Decision. He now belongs to the curmudgeon
league.... f) p.8 'recommendation' to mask up to avoid
protest a political answer is one which I hope the public obeys.... g) p.9 J.T. drumming up business in SE
Asia where personal connections are important. Let's hope it works. h) p.9 'Gov't
caravan' to Egyptian resort to discuss 'climate change' a reward for good
bureaucrats in this Lorrie Goldstein
article... (how much is this boondoggle costing?....) p.17 Editorial correctly calls
them dinosaurs deserving extinction. j) Phnom Penh Conference gives Russia 'deep freeze'; China less so over human rights abuses.
A thought...what if Russia discloses (as her right being on the U.N. Security
Council and at my request of all 5 members) FAA/Identity Theft?... In Ottawa, protesters gather outside the
Russian Embassy; where are those selfsame protesters gathering outside Premier Ford's residence over
FAA/I.T.?.... k) p.18 As a history teacher, I was well
aware of the story in Lorne Gunther's column about how the Nfld. Regiment was all
but wiped out in WWI in the Battle of the Somme; the biggest cost per capita to
a Cdn. province. Today, Nfld. great grandchildren are
possibly unaware of this battle as life goes on.... l) p.19 Guest Opinion
While monopolies are abhorred in the U.S.; not so much so in Cda. where the top 1% such as the food monopoly is
indirectly enriched by gov't. legislation.... m) p.19 midwit
Warren Kinsella
is dead right (& in that order
so that who cares if you are right after your demise?) about Chinese money
supporting M.P.'s in the last election in 2019? An expensive court case would
merely go in circles. Cdn. courts, unlike most U.S.
courts, are corrupted from the top down; I can personally vouch for that much.
He won't disclose FAA/I.T. either.... n) So Philadelphia sent out its 'third
string' to ensure a Senator's win after 7 straight losses... gotta keep the league intact, right?...right?....

NOV.12
A) erratic Elon Musk, rumoured
to be the world's richest man (sure, how much is his own money?) sounding more like Trump every day. B) COVID plus related health measures sky-rocketing
in the world. Now is not the time to give up your mask. Those who have had Covid are at further risk if they catch it again.

NOV.11 REMEMBRANCE DAY A) Public ceremonies cancelled last two years
due to Covid and yet more people dying this year than
ever before. B) My approach to R.D. is twofold: a) have cadets parade
publicly; b) Veterans continue to hold only in-house recognition for their
fallen comrades. That would be done as a protest against FAA / IDENTITY THEFT which the authorities continue to ignore. As
one extension, WWII combatants 'lost their biscuits' when such as Auschwitz was
overrun and they witnessed at first hand Nazi atrocities. The war went on for a
year longer when the Allies refused a conditional surrender (like WWI) so that
the Nazi perpetrators of these heinous acts could be tried and hanged for their
crimes. For many soldiers that's what they were fighting for; human rights.
Those selfsame soldiers would be rolling over in their graves to know that Franco Alulio,
a rogue civil servant has 'gone off the ranch' (in 2019) by perverting the Ontario driver license form
in such manner that a victim loses his Identity
as well as his right to drive with no access to the laws of the land. He
should be tried with fraud/treason with Premier
Ford removed from all politics. What's next? Treatment centers similar to
Auschwitz where 'work will make you free'....? B) I once wrote the Veterans
Society which 'politely' responded with no reference to the problem. They
don't wish to jeopardize gov't. assistance. C) MY VETERAN HERO The greatest
personal joy of my life lies in meeting people of value. In 1965 on a CAA trip circum-navigating the world,
at 23 I was the 'baby of the group' sharing space with the only other single
male; a friendly older divorced chartered accountant who had been a war vet.
(All those group members would be dead today.) In Hong Kong, I joined him on a
visit to a soldier's graveyard and while he attended to a couple of former
comrades buried there, I wandered the tombstones noting the average age was 19;
a shock to me. Later he went around Victoria Island to an orphanage where he
sponsored an orphan. Probably this is why he took the trip as this was the only
time the two would meet with the female manager telling the orphan that this
was the man responsible for getting him an education. In India, the group had
their photo taken at Gandhi's tomb when he informed me that he didn't feel good
about this photo as he was one of the arresting officer's (Br. raj of Br.
officers over Indian soldiers) of Gandhi at one time whom was considered a
nuisance by the authorities. Not having any family, he arranged for a burial at
sea paying for the following mess banquet. He was a good and ethical man and
while I don't remember his name, that is the type of soldier of whom I have the
greatest respect. RIP my friend.

NOV.10 A) So TV Doctor (quack, quack) Dr. Oz, lost the Republican vote in
Pennsylvania. Not quite the success which the Republicans hoped for but they
made important gains. B) Polls show
public want education to be declared essential service... What did I say
about a Ford/Lecce win in this battle? What those selfsame voters do not
realize is that the alternative is 'working to rule' hence negotiation is the
order of the day of which process Ford would subvert with the help of the media
e.g. even holding this poll.... but then these teachers won't publicize FAA which is a public threat denied by
the media's non-reporting. It all comes under the heading of carrying a knife
to a gun fight.... C) I don't follow
sports, but it seems the lacklustre Ottawa Senators are a farm team which
sells off its talent to the highest bidder. Ever since they lost gov't. sponsorship in terms of buying seasons tickets, this
team has descended to oblivion with emptying stadiums. D) Storm Nicole approaches
Florida coast. I remember 3 weeks
after one such hurricane in Florida, the Miami bus driver saying to us that it
was the noise which was so terrifying. E)
Don't you just love those pop-up ads which block your scroll bar!!! F) Young Sheldon a mere adjunct to real
comedy in this program in Season 6.
NOV.08 A) In 1972, B.C. Socreds under WAC
Bennett (held power since 1953) were defeated by the NDP by the 'apple campaign'. Teachers whom were looked up to being
leaders in small towns showed an apple with a bite out of it adding 'our
share'. It worked & WAC credited the teachers with his loss. A few years
later, his son, Bill Bennett, a workaholic but none too bright, invited the
teachers to a negotiating conference. Any reader can tell you, an adventure
begins with an opening door. In this case, the teachers arrived expecting a
private consultation only to be met with Bennett & a press photographer.
They walked out in disgust as expected with the news story reading... Teachers walk out of conference called by
Premier to resolve differences. Advantage: Gov't.
hence the adage... those who can't do, teach. B) Ford-Lecce gave the ON teachers a similar old one-two. Bottom
line? What saved the teachers was a united front from ON Unions plus
condemnation of Ford by J.T. B) To be sure if FAA were publicized, the media would write 'Victimized Teacher rails against government injustice' ('tilting
against windmills') as opposed to saying: Rogue
civil servant endangers driver licenses by altering gov't.
forms'. Fortunately, Commentary
and social media are placing an end to public media controlled by the Old Boys
Club. C) So electronic voting irregularities across the U.S. in the mid-term
elections yesterday. Exactly what Trump called out in the last POTUS election
and condemned for doing so by judges. D)
Would the real Ottawa Mayor please stand up? Media covers the former mayor
Jim Watson making incumbent Mayor Mark Sutcliffe looking like a 'weak sister'.

NOV.07 A) With all this palavering surrounding the On Teachers strike, why hasn't anyone
thought to quote Napoleon: God is on the
side of the strongest cannon.' If the teaching fraternity were serious
about the notwithstanding clause, they
would have all ON Teachers work to contract. So far Lecce is winning.... B) A favourite
novelist of mine for Africa, Wilbur
Smith (d. 2019) must be rolling over in his grave to know that some 'WOKE
DUDE' has written a trashy novel in his name. In returning the book to INDIGO,
(in trade for John Grisham's excellent The
Boys from Biloxi), I told the clerk that first one eyebrow shot up
after the opening gambit with the second one joining from a reaction to the
first gambit of the Smith book. Some publishers, I submitted, are so desperate
to have best sellers, that they do not look beyond their noses in evaluation of
their publications. C) Surely Elon Musk must know that assassins can be
hired on the dark net but even here, there may be one of his many victims
offering to do the deed gratis. His $9
per month fee for anyone who subscribes to the new Twitter so that a new member has the same access as 400,000
celebrity members will say good-bye to the latter who do not wish their
celebrity status diminished. Methinks Twitter is headed the way of Facebook and a gigantic loss to Musk in this 'bridge too
far' bid as corporate sponsors withhold their advertising. (Threatening to
expose current advertisers as a means of keeping them reminds me of Stalin's
dictum: 'no man, no problem'....) D) An
obvious question comes up with FAA. How
much was Franco Alulio
paid and by whom to act in a fashion which did not advance the gov't. cause? He needs to be tried for fraud/treason. The
legal case I laid against him is ignored by the Ottawa court docket which
functions on a par with Twitter. E) SEE
MEDIA NOV for a letter to author John Grisham re FAA. F) You want the Gov't.
to withdraw the 'notwithstanding clause'? asks the duplicitous Premier
Ford, a message directed to parents shelling out extra money while their
offspring are not in class? 'Certainly,
the teachers just have to report back to work first'. In brief, the
Province has effectively stiffed the teachers in negotiations which is why I
claimed having the entire province 'working to rule' in Education until the
local dispute is properly handled, is the way to go. The teachers should be
promulgating disclosure of FAA if
they really want to get serious about developing a backbone... oh yes, they
have mortgages to worry about as well; I've heard it all. As for the
Unions...well we paid to print up Placards (with membership money) and called
the media, didn't we? What more do you expect? These teachers believe in
bringing a knife to a gun fight. G) Insightful
Reddit Commentary has sized up the gov't School scam well.... and, similar to me, they don't
like Premier Ford as a politician (I believe he should be expelled from all politics due to FAA.) H) Ukraine pulls a
'Doug Ford'...'We will negotiate with Putin's successor'... they will
damn well negotiate with whomever Russia decides; NOT the Ukraine....

NOV.06 A day in the life of the OTTAWA SUN (O.S.): A) Who reads a newspaper in this day & age? I don't other than on Sunday with the O.S. Postmedia has no future on this level. Their advertisers have long since absconded to the internet.... B) Education Minister Lecce fights back through 'midwit columnists' (one step above nitwits).
a) p.2 midwit Alex Vezina 'declare education an essential service'. The reason that Unions are recognized is to keep workers from 'going rogue' by working to minimum standards (undermining the contract) hence it is a negotiation process. b) p. 3 midwit Brian Lilley; CUPE Check your math He has the details supporting the strike which interests no-one as the strike is an emotional event. C) p.4 hypocritical midwit Warren Kinsella correctly points out that the 1982 Charter of Rights & Freedoms is about the relationship between the gov't. and the individual in full knowledge of FAA/Identity Theft of this writer= 'looking through the big end of the telescope'.... D) p.5 Lilley again on how gov't. uses legislation selectively only to suit itself... so what's new?.... E) p.7 'Media Justice' over former City Counselor, Rick Chiarelli, who denies allegations of sexual improprieties by 'Integrity Guru'. ...so where's the ensuing court case which Chiarelli has a right to? I call it 'running a court within a court'; a judicial no-no. F) Even Postmedia must wonder why they keep midwit Lorrie Goldstein with his 'one string to his bow' (energy problems)... bring back midwit Mark Bonokoski.... G) p.14 3 coyotes put down as threat to public. Now you know why the only dog to keep in the country is a big dog. Older son's two Rottweilers are most persuasive to wandering coyotes in that regard. Coyotes have been known to grab small dogs right out of a leash. H) p.15 Editorial Blame placed on ineffective former Police Chief Sloly who resigned. Former Mayor Watson said they were blind-sided by this helicopter appt. So what do the Ottawa Police do? Helicopter another Police Chief into the position without support of current Council (and probably the Police Union as well).... J) p. 16 midwit Lorne Gunter; It has been a long-time practice for taxi drivers to carry tire irons beneath their seat (wrong type shown in photo) for protection. As to the Coutts border problem with the Freedom Convoy, it was this group who tipped off the police about being infiltrated by those with weapons, according to his account. It is always a problem for legitimate protesters having their protest hi-jacked.... K)p.17 Failing grade for Unions? from their resident labour advisor who herself suffers a failing grade for not speaking out on FAA/Identity Theft. She is nothing more than a shill for the legal profession (go see a lawyer). This page is a waste of good ink = let the lawyers pay for their own advertisements such as they do on TV but not in the O.S. L) p. 24 Herb & Jamal cartoon explains why I use the internet for cartoon strips as the O.S. shrinks an already shrunk comic strip to fit its space leaving a myopic gap. L) p. 29 midwit Brad Hunter on historical U.S. horrific crimes should be reduced to a 'guest column' from time to time. M) So everyone... you enjoy the rest of your Sunday off too.
NOV.06 A) Forensic Accounting anyone? 6 years ago, I put venetian blinds in 2 out of 5 rooms to eliminate 'sun drapes' as I have balcony clear across the front of my penthouse. One advantage is that I can wash my windows at anytime during the year. I hired Blinds to Go ('Blinds'), a local Company who used their Montreal mfg. facilities. Everything was tickety boo. Recently I completed the last 3 rooms. Same quality blinds and installation. So where is the rub? Not trusting to Blinds payment center (some of these outfits sell your data), I tried to pay the e-mail invoice at the bank. No go. Why not? Can't say sir. There were two payments and one was on my M/C which the bank accepted and when I queried the other non-payment, I was told that the Bank does not accept Blind's invoices, again with no reason given. At least Blinds is not charging me for a third time (2 payments total) although I will watch my M/C account closely. Attempts by me to contact the Company got the usual rigamarole run-around as no live operator was available. I refuse to fill in their internet quality assessment as that is, again, farmed out to a marketing Company which can sell your data. The whole thing smells of Mega-Corp / Organized Crime doing its little bit.... B) Without publicity for FAA/Identity Theft by the Freedom Convoy, Educ. Minister Lecce figures the path is clear for use of the notwithstanding clause. Currently, all Lecce has to do is suspend anyone's driver's license for psychiatric reasons under FAA to bring the public to heel. The Freedom Convoy is remiss in a big way by covering up this abuse in my case....

NOV.05 A) Young Sheldon perceive their error with 'adult' Armitage and hence wrote a funny episode which only had Sheldon in a cameo role. Indeed they did not even need him. B) Publishers Lament: 'We shouldn't have published it.' I'm speaking here of The Maze by Nelson Demille connected to a true unsolved story; namely 9 prostitute bodies found buried in remote areas on Fire Island, NY. In all likelihood, Organized Crime/ Pimps were discarding 'used up prostitutes' with no connection to a story spun by DeMille in which he creates a corrupt fictional P.I. firm swaying the local authorities in the Hampton area. Even here he was remiss pulling his old 9-11 building collapse stunt to, in this case, burn down the Firm leaving no evidence. If so, our hero should have been arrested for murder of those trying to stop him stealing (or at least attempting to steal) the firm's records. Hence a bad conclusion on many levels in this meddlesome novel. I am sure the locals heartily disliked this 'fake news' which was hardly entertaining in light of the real story. C) If the Ford Gov't. does not follow through with use of the notwithstanding clause, they lose all credibility. No doubt they are hoping for compliant judges similar to the Freedom Convoy. D) Rather than bribe me with a $25 cheque, Allstate should answer their Underwriter Insurance question as to what they are doing with FAA/Identity Theft.... SEE MEDIA NOV.05 D) Theme: If you belong to a Union, at some point you will be on strike because that is what the Employer who is in this for the long haul and therefore wishes to establish two things, wants: a) that union members see the Employer means business and secondly, so the Union member goes without a paycheck for a few days. Of course Unions love this sabre rattling to justify their own existence. CASE STUDY: Port Alberni, B.C. was a strong Union town. A strike one summer had vitriolic support with even motels refusing to rent space to scabs. Fast forward 20 years when these protesters now have family responsibilities including a mortgage. Bottom line? The strike fizzled out as scabs drove around the aged workforce. I asked one Union person what the Union won when it was settled... 'The right to keep their jobs' with minimal salary increase. Of course the scabs were fired but the bottom line is that there was no serious challenge to the Company after that in Port Alberni. In Ontario, Education Minister Stephen Lecce is preparing the first stage against the Education workers. My estranged wife belonged to the Union being targeted by Lecce. When the topic of strike came up many years ago, although she was on the verge of retirement & would not benefit financially, she was prepared to support a strike for the sake of younger employees and spoke accordingly at one such meeting making me proud of her as I do not believe her stance for prospective retirees is common. Lecce depends on it. The pot is further stirred by forcing parents in some cases to locate scarce daycare spaces at personal cost... all preparation for the future.... E) Elon Musk, new owner of Twitter (I do not have a Twitter nor Facebook account with data to be sold) the world's richest man, is rich for a reason... move over Junk Bond King, Bernie Madoff.... Firing senior executives by e-mail groups hurts them doubly in that medical benefits are tied to the job in the U.S.; a weak system to be sure.... Finding new employment at an advanced age pretty well reduced to 'Walmart Greeter'. Musk has the muscle to fight protesters in court; a further drain on the fired individual. I see a day coming when he will be more hated than Putin.... F) Killer smogs in Delhi & Agra with drought in East Africa; Nile River a trickle = climate change with a vengeance....

NOV.04 A) Premier Ford is looking increasingly uncomfortable these days as he ducks the EA Inquiry. J.T. has spiked his 'notwithstanding clause' of Education Minister Lecce which appears to be a distraction of something of which Poilieve & the OPP seem cognizant. Possibly criminal charges are being considered against the authorities. Evidence at the EA suggests as much. B) How sick is Putin?... only his IV tube knows for sure.... A childhood friend took a year to die of a combination of cancer-Parkinson's Disease. Putin is at the end of his year now.... C) Remembrance Day Nov. 11 should remain in-house for senior vets considering FAA/I.T. When it renews publicly, leave it to the cadets. D) J.T. public criticism of Lecce's 'notwithstanding clause' brings all gov't. into disrepute. Nothing new on that front as 'imposed legislation' in terms of Education BILL 35 (B.C. 1985) used only against this target before being withdrawn in a 37 year unresolved court case which led to the demise of the law courts presaged such as the imposed Carbon tax and now the 'notwithstanding clause'. Sensible voters will 'vote with their feet'. CUPE is battling Lecce; how about the Freedom Convoy? E) Albanian Gangs behind illegal immigration to Britain; some attached to drug trade. F) Some comic strips eliminated colour = cheaper? A sign of the future for all comic strips?
NOV.02 A) I blame 'gaming' Increase in auto accidents by young people inured to risks in real life where they cannot merely push the 'reset button' after wiping out. One tall fellow on a wide ballooned electric scooter barrels out of the park walkways between 8-8:30 at about 25 kph and proceeds along the walkway at speed weaving in and out of pedestrians (no horn) where young children walk to school. It's an accident in the happening.... My yelling 'slow down' was met by a bovine blankness of others at a bus stop. B) J.T. correctly calls out against the use of the 'notwithstanding clause' by Lecce to suspend Catholic Board CUPE workers affecting teachers although it seems a flip flop from last Feb. and the Freedom Convoy. C) I have seen it many times while placarding in downtown Ottawa. For example I did not upstage another's Protest merely standing nearby and nodding approval. The problem are those others arriving late on the scene once they know the cameras are present and undermining any protest. The Western Organizer of the Freedom Convoy met with a concerted attempt (by the Old Boys Club) to exacerbate the Convoy by police with the support of the Ottawa law courts over which I earlier called for a trusteeship to be imposed over those selfsame courts. Parents don't appear to buy into this Ford-Lecce School caper. D) When will the Freedom Convoy interests publicize my FAA/Identity Theft story?...the public has a right to know. E) Once again, keep in mind that gov'ts. love inflation permitting them to pay gov't. debt with 'cheaper' funds. The problem becomes when the employees demand catch-up interfering with those gains. E) No shortage of Chinese criminals in Canada and other countries abroad. No shortage of China's efforts to extradite them back home for justice. Remember, China & N. Korea are the source of illicit drug components for N. America (through Mexico). The 'Two Michaels' story which were linked in their business dealings?

NOV. 01 A) SEE NEWSLETTER under MEDIA NOV 2022 -and for B) C) & D) as well. B) SEE bid to incoming Br. P.M. Rishi Surak C) Also see letter to (novelist) Br. Lord, Jeffrey Archer D) Joint Letter to new appointees, Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe and Police Chief Eric Stubbs re medical records which I require in 'walking back the cat'.
D2) Letter to author Nelson Demille E) I met a world traveler by cruise ship who took his bicycle & trailer on trips from the port. He said if it had not been for stranger help in the Middle East when he caught cholera, he would have died. Haiti & Malawi experiencing outbreaks of this dreaded disease. F) Emergency Act Enquiry (EA) reveals authorities provoking the Freedom Convoy in Feb. which has undermined the credibility of Canada's police force leaderships involved. G) Will Twitter go the way of Facebook? GM holding its advertising until they see which way Elon Musk is going. H) It's a Freedom Convoy thingy... ON Education Minister Lecce (private school trained) is threatening use of the 'notwithstanding clause' (it's a riot of course... a laugh riot....) to fire Catholic teachers walking off the job this Friday. That happened in West Vancouver with the same mentality ('Let's show them how tough we are by firing them all.') in 1972 to striking teachers. So the Union had all us resigning our jobs with the resignations controlled by the Union so that no teacher would go back unless all teachers were re-hired and benefits returned. It worked as the Board backed down. POTUS Reagan pulled a similar stunt in the 80's... make a deal with powerful Unions (auto pact) and take it out on the weak traffic controllers. Lecce is hitting at the smaller Catholic Board with about 40% of students (they take all denominations).Location is the key to attendance. Of course Premier Ford is behind this but I am already on record claiming that he should be removed from all politics for FAA/Identity Theft. Indeed Lecce merely has to lift teacher's driver licenses for psychiatric reasons so that they cannot even drive to their protest location. (That's why the teachers are remiss in not publicizing my case.) Protesters should not waste time picketing schools but reserve their efforts to surround Lecce's residence so that the neighbors see whom they are living next to (NB cautionary note: no violence to people please).
