*Feb. 01 Oh wise ass It seems to me that if you made a reasonable settlement offer to the West Vancouver School Board due to your 1985 teacher lay-off, they would comply. ed. Not so. Their legal Counsel, Stuart Clyne with 3 of the 5 Board Members; chairperson, Margo Furk, Mike Smith (her successor) and parent Mrs. Boname, met in July 1985 and sought to sidetrack the numbers showing 16 new hires with senior teacher Roger Callow as the only lay-off which the Board had approved in June of 1985 and now claiming as 'lay-offs' knowing full well that Callow was the only lay-off in June of 1985. When the court later quashed this farcical arbitration ordering the matter back to being re-arbitrated, Justice Southin repeatedly asked their lawyer, Stuart Clyne... I want to know for a certainty; what was before the Board when they decided to lay-off senior teacher Roger Callow in June of 1985? Were these (false) figures before them in July 1985? Clyne committed fraud involving the 3 Trustees by stating yes. Then Justice Southin made the cardinal mistake of failing to charge those 4 people with fraud preferring instead to depend on what she thought would be a nice buy-out package for me. She didn't get it as the Board decided not to offer any compensation. In essence they blackmailed her with her own decision. That blackmail persisted through many courts across Canada with cover-up before over 50 judges leaving the matter unresolved. The Cdn. Justice System collapsed over this one case. I voluntarily ended my involvement as of Dec. 31,2020. That is a large measure of what is now known as the 'Canadian Disease' (National Cowardice).
The second phase of the 'Canadian Disease', the Franco Alulio Algorithm (FAA) related to the above began in ON under Premier Ford In Oct. 2019 to punish this 'whistleblower' by suspending his driver's license for psychiatric reasons which go unexplained. I have also concluded my role in that scam by Dec. 31,2021 as I now direct my attention to social causes with this one exception; namely, the attendant Identity Theft to FAA which has now become the crime of the 21st century (I no longer exist as a native born Cdn. hence have no access to the law courts.
