JUNE 30 It does not look like the SCofC will finalize a) Identity Theft b) Employee pension benefits cases before the summer break… if ever (Strike 3). As I proclaimed the death of the Judiciary in 2003 with my Ottawa lawyer's claim noted below in June 20, what really was being tested along with the efficacy of the SCofC and more importantly, was the credibility of the Canadian Media in keeping these major stories from the public. As matters now stand, Alulio is in a position to select his next victim. More on both issues in the Sept. NEWSLETTER. For now, I go off assignment in July/August with whimsical stories such as my interpretation of Genesis. (God is the one with the 'G' on his tea-shirt.)

JUNE 27 A) Biden-Trump Debate put an end to any illusion that the U.S. is led by a dementia prone POTUS. B) Good for the U.S. Congress for condemning China's heinous Organ Transplant business. Many Falun Gong members are forced 'donators'.

JUNE 22 (novel excerpt) …But no-one, no matter how powerful, should be permitted to prey on people, threaten them into silence and live above the law. That description fits Franco Alulio to a 't' and the SCofC & the accompanying media is knowingly permitting him to escape censure = Canada s no democracy!....

JUNE 20 LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! A) It was on this Day in 1985 that WV Superintendent Ed Carlin came marching up to West Van High School to give me my 'marching papers' under the newly imposed Bill 35, the brainchild of Deputy P.M. Jim Carter, a heartily disliked former WV principal (think imposed carbon tax) in a sweetheart deal between the Union & the WV School Board designed to protect Principal John Williams from a fraud charge by changing my Professional Report from a positive to a negative. I caught him out. Carlin, whom is still alive last I heard, was dispensed with the following year as the WV School Board sought to distance themselves from him after approving the deal. He never worked again in public schools. That part of my current issue before the SCofC for which they refuse to give me a docket number, sank the Justice System in 2003, when my Ottawa lawyer told me that I had 'exhausted all remedy under the law' for compensation in this case won before Justice Southin in 1986 when she reversed the arbitrator's Decision labelling him 'patently unreasonable'. He died shortly thereafter and was unable to hear a re-ordered arbitration. Southin had a chance to charge the Board's lawyer, Stuart Clyne, (his ludicrous claim was that as BILL 35 did not include any appeal process, the court Decision was 'null & void' with the Arbitrator's faulty Decision to be the correct one) and 3 Board members (Margo Furk Pres.) with perjury but declined. Everything since is cover-up by the court with over 50 justices across Canada & the SCofC. Currently the SCofC is undergoing two actions by me which they pretend not to notice: namely; 1) no pension was paid when I retired in 2007 due to further WV School Board machinations 2) Identity Theft, by Franco Alulio in 2019, an extension of this case, when the Ford gov't. saw the alignment of Organized Crime with 'the Old Boy's Club'; a first in Canada. Under his criminal action, I have no access to the law. All Ottawa lawyers ghost me on my approach. The final act (Strike 3 for the SCofC) and the accompanying Media non-coverage of this 21st century crime (predecessor is 1942 Nazi 'Final Solution', the crime of the 20th century) is due June 30, 2024 before summer break for the SCofC. More in my first NEWSLETTER (TIME TO SEND IN THE MARINES?) in September. …you have a nice summer, too reading my 'Jolly Roger' stories under July & August B) My 'lay-off for economic reasons' was a blessing in disguise in that no teacher could afford to live in Vancouver on one professional salary. Still can't. Hence my re-location to Ottawa was a blessing in disguise. For those trying to teach in Vancouver, the second salary is going for shelter costs and yet most young teachers are going to locate up the valley in Mission where they can afford a house while one and at the same time avoid extensive travel time. Ottawa has become old with families moving out (along with businesses) from downtown Ottawa. The public school in my area of South Keys has 250 students in a school designed for 400. I see few children on my walks but then many children today are 'indoor children' with their computer games = future health problems.

JUNE 19 A) The SCofC wants to win it all which ain't going to happen; namely, I get a medical clearance for physical & cognitive reasons which I did in 2023 but the idiot immigrant Doctor refused to send the successful results to the MTO-Medical or provide me with clearance papers for the purpose because "he did not want to be involved in unexplained legalities". He has since moved out of the area leaving me with no medical Doctor. That follows on the failure of 2 police forces (OPP & RCMP) plus the SCofC to arrest MTO's Deputy Minister (in 2019), Franco Alulio, for Identity Theft. It is the crime of the 21st century (under the criminal code in Canada) patterned on the Nazi 1942 'Final Solution' which was the crime of the 20th century. Hence my last offer to the SCofC should they wish to resolve this cancer negatively impacting all 3 parties; court, MTO, plus myself as the victim, was to assign a docket number by which - due to a lawyer boycott of my name - I would phone legal Counsel for the MTO and arrange an 'outside settlement' which would include the return of my good name so that I have access to the law (1982 Human Rights & Freedom) once again. The SCofC would sanction that arrangement. Failure to clear up this matter by the end of June including payout requests before the summer hiatus of the SCofC leaves the ICJ-Hague with picking up Canada's garbage. I will fight this totally unjustified Identity Theft to the end of my days if necessary. More on this point in my SEPTEMBER NEWSLETTER. B) Over the summer months, I will reminisce on myriad cultural matters labelled the Jolly Roger.

JUNE 17 A) Condor's Fury by Graham Brown (Clive Cussler) bases his novel on microwave deaths (the assassination weapon of the future) on a true story based on Cuba targeting U.S. Embassy employees who were 'beamed' with microwaves most likely introduced by China. Canadian employees suffered as well with many not being able to return to work. Why this is so effective is that a leader may be beamed during a speech with a deadly dose of microwaves without anyone being aware of it in this perfect crime.… 1930's all over again?.... B) Once again, I have sent a letter to the SCofC prompting them to assign me a docket # so that I may make an 'out-of-court settlement' with the MTO-Medical which suits the needs of all 3 parties: the Court, the MTO and myself.

JUNE 14 A)… this is the way democracy dies… A decent man (the public) who knows better decides its not his job to voice his personal beliefs (stand up & be counted) about the running of his own country, then stands by while other men (Franco Alulio) use the letter of the law to eviscerate its own spirit…. B) As a father, Trump claims to be proud of his son's 6'9" height. What else can he say? I had two friends - 6'4" & 6'5" who deplored their height particularly when they had to travel by plane. My older son at 6'4" with a 5'10"mother to his 6 year old child said he once got the 'mutt and jeff' comparison. The one thing that I have noted about Barron is that he never smiled as a child. Is he autistic? C) One of my favourite cartoon strips is Luann. In the above cartoon, Luan is visiting her 92 year old creative writing teacher whose kidneys have failed (probably on dialysis until she dies as she well knows.) In a following cartoon on this theme; 20 year old Luann asks her 40's parents as to their experience with old age shocking them as they are in their 'middle age'; age 60 begins 'old age' for them. In Fiddler on the Roof; the Old man sings ' sunrise, sunset, sunrise, sunset… when did I start getting older? As a theme, my late mother opined that we are cluttering up the world with old people. After WWII, avg. life span was 67; a couple of years after retirement at a stage that pensions were developed never anticipating longevity today (females -85; males-80 leaving the wealth in the hands of women.) Hence old foggies such as myself are consuming resources we allot to ourselves but no longer earn when young families are in desperate need of those resources. Should I 'be lucky' according to my mother and die in my sleep, I bequeath my resources to younger people in need such as The Ottawa Food Bank. D) Japan has crossed the line recently in which more people die than are born each year. China, with its one-child families has a dirth of men and no women hence Chinese men are purchasing wives from 'starving' North Korea where families are willing to sell their daughters. E) I will speak in the future on Greg Isles perspicacious novel Southern Manin which he predicts widespread racial wars beginning in 'Ole Mississip' in 1927. This insightful novel describes Trump as the first President to not have any experience with the Presidency although Reagan comes close. My prediction is that a World Depression beginning in 2027 will enlarge all such underlying themes including the preparation by China for biological warfare (Nipah?). That's my Armageddon. F) For my part, I would like a cartoon strip author become POTUS as these people are well read plus they have a 'funny bone'. A sense of humour on the job goes a long way to reducing stress.

JUNE 10 DEMENTIA A) 'What am I doing in a hospital bed. I am not sick.' (my mother in 1987 5 months before her death in that hospital bed). It's true, she was not sick per se… but she was completely senile at age 85 although a year earlier when my family re-located to Ontario, this dementia was not pronounced. Most people in their 70's and 80's demonstrate some aspects of dementia. At age 82, I measure my walking pace for one hour by the distance a fellow walker gets in front of me walking at the same pace but with longer strides. Now to POTUS Biden and his dementia of which he would be aware and which is being covered up by others. For example, by law, POTUS is the last person to climb airline stairs accounting for Biden once stumbling and having to grab the rail. (older people have spatial problems and will lift their feet higher when climbing stairs in order to avoid tripping). Biden has probably made his last trip abroad where his wife switched sides when walking the red carpet to meet Macron and his wife. She would be keeping him moving from a pace between a shuffle common to old people and a 'cover-up run'. Not making a speech was another cover-up as the POTUS would expect to say a few words on 'D-Day'. Domestically, Biden greeted his 'minder' on the podium, VP Harris who gave a rather perfunctory greeting to him as she realized she was there to 'ask a question' in the event Biden had a 'senior moment'. So why is Biden running for re-election? As I noted earlier, he wishes to die in Office in order to have the world gather at the funeral of an active U.S. President. It is not working as Democratic voters are switching to Republican. Robert Kennedy has not been able to gather the necessary support to be an alternative for the Democrats. In brief, dementia does not kill, it does something far worse, it debilitates. I expect him to announce that he is stepping down temporarily for medical treatment (from which he will never return to the Presidency). B) As I am in retirement, I do not have Biden's problem although I have something far, far worse; Identity Theft created by the Nazis with their 'Final Solution' in 1942; the crime of the 20th Century. Franco Alulio with his pejorative use of the word 'psychiatric' in a fake D.L. suspension, has re-created the 'final solution' of Nazi Germany with the SCofC currently screwing up completely by failing to charge Alulio criminally thus making his action into an algorithm by which any Cdn. rogue civil servant may act against victims such as myself - the first victim in this crime of the 21st century.

JUNE 09 3 U.S. Presidents: All would be lucky to die in their sleep. Only Jimmy Carter, the oldest President to die now under hospice care, will be known as 'the best ex-President the U.S. ever had'. Perhaps they have a hammer and nails for him in that other place to build homes for the needy.

JUNE 08 A) So private school Education Minister, Stephen Lecce has been given the boot from the Education portfolio. Will it make a difference under the teacher's threat to strike come September 1? Nope. Not unless the gov't. sweetens the package to the teachers. B) I saw the twin return flights of the P,M. and Veterans Affairs at 12:30 last night from my penthouse balcony as they returned from D-Day celebrations in France. What hypocrisy! Surely they were condemning the 'ultimate solution' of Nazi Germany in 1942 while, one and at the same time, they turn their backs on the 21st century version of Identity Theft under Franco Azulio where the Police refuse to arrest or the SCofC cause him to be arrested = appeal to ICJ in the Hague which is ignoring this matter to date. There is nothing new in this debate as the current crop of SCofC judicial bozos follow n the footsteps of their predecessor, Beverly McLachlin, who currently is being pilloried for her Hong Kong connections. Stand4Thee would appear to be the first organization to directly attack the calibre of those appointed to the bench (those who don't make senior law partners according to former P.M. Jean Chretien.) I can give chapter and verse to that judicial perversion over the past 35 years of my illicit senior teacher 'lay-off' in West Vancouver for which I have never received compensation = 'West Vancouver School Board tail wags Canadian Judicial dog'.

JUNE 07 The making of a U.S. President… takes money. And that is what Trump got from the 2% top wealthy due to his conviction in a NY Court. Was he guilty? Hell, yeah …so would be the rest of the 2% wealthy on which democracy contradictorily depends, if they were 'newyorked'. I am getting 'newyorked' by the SCofC, if you can follow this contradictory analogy. As a defacto non-Decision of Identity Theft which negatively impacts all Canadians (not just the top 2%), an algorithm has been created by which rogue civil servants can 'newyork' the public by depriving them of their citizenship (no access to law). Is this to be the new 'democracy' in Canada? Not so, if the ICJ-Hague acts against Franco Alulio, in light of the SCofC failure to do so. If it doesn't, their own mandate is at stake for they cannot have two legal systems; one for errant democracies like Canada and one for dictatorships. So it is now over to the ICJ due to the abysmal failure of the SCofC costing Canada its democracy. P.S. Identity Theft is a criminal matter in Canada. If an individual is not a citizen, what is he? Property, which was the basis of slavery in the U.S. This is what the SCofC would dismiss through their sick chicanery.

JUNE 05 Veterans meeting in France to commemorate D Day would be shocked to find that the very thing that they fought against; namely, Nazi Germany's 'Final Solution' the crime of the 20th century, now lives on in 21st century Canada under Franco Alulio's Identity Theft of me barring me from all access to the law. The SCofC is currently pole-axing itself (with the silent support of the media) by failing in a significant way to stand up to this act of treason. The problem for the legalistic Nazis was for Insurance Companies having to pay out on deceased prisoners hence their first concentration camp, Dachau, was in Poland.

JUNE 02 A) From one perspective, the law courts and the accompanying media are in the business of moving legal matters sideways when they do not wish to deal with them. In the case of employee severance benefits, they can easily toss out claims due to 'peculiar circumstances'. Not so Identity Theft which is an absolute; an individual has a duly recognized citizenship origin or he/she doesn't. You cannot take it away such as Nazi Germany did with the 'Final Solution' in 1942 or as Franco Alulio did with my D.L. suspension by gratuitously adding for 'psychiatric' reasons without any proof. The SCofC has that proof and, due to the universal nature of the charge which is against the criminal code in Canada, is about to witness the implosion of the Canadian Justice System. In brief, Franco Alulio must be charged with fraud/treason in this crime of the 21st century. There is no weaseling out of it but so far, the SCofC thinks so. By rights, Canadians at large should group on every major city's street corner with this Placard: JUSTICE FOR ROGER CALLOW 1)IDENTITY THEFT 2) EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION RIGHTS B) So Trump's conviction is backfiring on the Justice System as numerous benefactor millionaires now back his candidature for President. C) Trump has the one thing I do not have; namely publicity. I don't need money; merely for Identity Theft to be promulgated across the land.

Until then, follow this daily anecdotal site for breaking news. B) It would seem that NY courts pursuing 'The Donald' are driving votes behind him instead. Move over SCofC, you have competition…. C) Please realize that my 2 SCofC cases were directly laid with the SCofC and are NOT appeals from lower courts which they are in the habit of dismissing. By failing to provide a docket # to me, they are in defiance of their own code of ethics hence the appeal to the ICJ-Hague. D) This matter of Identity Theft will never be over until Franco Alulio is charged with fraud/treason. Ontario voters should vote 'with their feet' in this regard…. E) Columnists and Reporters (e.g. Conrad Black-N.P. /Elizabeth Payne-Ott. Citizen medical reporter / Joe Worthington - Sun media) must hate seeing the Old Boys Club fighting this scam with their reputations…. F) With regards to the second case before the SCofC regarding employee compensation (e.g. pension rights as in my case with the WV School District); as matters now stand, any Employer may ignore an employee's request for compensation when leaving by merely not recognizing the resignation making it appear as though that employee has never left the job. Of course they do not pay salary continuance in that regard. (wording: an employee submits his or her resignation (if not fired which comes under a different set of laws) which is NOT the same as an Employer accepting the resignation. The SCofC is remiss in a major way of not hearing my personal petition to them = anarchy…. G) Social Commentary: 'I remember a family friend who was in his late teens in Germany prior to WWII, warning us that freedoms are taken from us very gradually, so at first people don't really pay much attention. As these are ignored, more and more freedoms are taken away until you have none.' …Are you listening, midwit columnists re Identity Theft?....
