REFERENCE: My response (July 24) to Laura Bradley letter dated July22, 2024

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

1) While foiling the SCofC's subterfuge of undermining the two cases I have lodged before it as the Plaintiff (Identity Theft & Employee severance rights e.g. pension) -both matters of national concern; nonetheless, the question remains as to how the SCofC should proceed particularly in light of the abject failure of the media (E.Payne Ott. Citizen / J. Warmington Sun Media) to expose these SCofC shenanigans? Seeking to settle legal matters at my personal cost in both cases as the Plaintiff is an abuse in the extreme in Cdn. jurisprudence considering the scope of both issues.

2) My response: Considering that the SCofC has screwed up both cases beyond all repair; I submit the best course is to forget all litigation except my plaintiff argument for a $10 million dollar settlement in each case. If the respective Respondents don't like that outcome, they can always appeal (although where and how does a Respondent appeal a SCofC Decision is not clear)

3) Decisions in both matters should be delivered by September 15; whatever they may be. That action should be followed by the collective resignations of all SCofC judges. (Think the U.S. Cheatle resignation over the Trump assassination debacle.) The Cdn. public is owed at least that much.

AUG. 01 A) The Next Civil War Stephen Marche In his iconic philosophical perspective, Canadian writer Marche notes all the characteristics of the coming collapse of the U.S. (replicated throughout the world for various individual reasons such as internet collapse, etc. by pinpointing 'a bridge' which will herald the beginning of the next civil war. His reasoning goes thus. Many physical bridges in the U.S. whose average age is 50 are wearing out. No repairs can be made until environmental studies are completed. There are no reserve funds for either so an affected bridge remains shut until one individual, symbolized by a Sheriff, decides to open the bridge of his own accord much to the support of the local citizenry but, in so doing, breaks myriad laws. The ensuing conflict between e.g. environmentalists and local residents produce the fuel for such wars which neither side want as civil wars are the most heinous of all wars: e.g. U.S. 1860's Civil War which also had a geographic dimension of the industrial North against the plantation South which was separated by slavery. B) This story has yet to be written in Canada which I submit has an 'intangible' bridge; namely the deprivation of human rights which our law courts, for one reason or another, exacerbate the problem. For example, 'imposed legislation 'which puts the cart before the horse' was first used in Cda. in the 1985 senior West Vancouver teacher, Roger Callow, lay-off for 'declining enrolment' when there wasn't any. No compensation to the present has ever been paid… You have exhausted all remedy under the law stated my Ottawa lawyer in 2003. Currently, this case remains unresolved in front of the Supreme Court of Canada. The extension of that abuse was the imposed Carbon Tax illegally instituted by the Federal Gov't. (only Parliament may initiate money bills) and running into flak currently by some provinces (Sask. Refuses to collect it on behalf of the Federal Gov't.) That symbolic bridge is accompanied by a far more serious defunct bridge; that of Identity Theft, an existential threat to all Canadians while once again applied to only this Canadian. That currently is a second case before the SCofC which currently mangles both cases amid the silence of the Cdn. media. This crime of the 21st century is closely modelled on the 'Final Solution' of Nazi Germany (1942) of the 20th Century.

ACTION REQUIRED: For a Nobel Seeking Pulitzer Prize novelist to promulgate the above story in a well-known U.S. Media Source. The challenge is not so much the writing of the story; rather, it is the publication of this topic in a mainline publication which is an existential threat to U.S. Citizens as well. Is that writer 'You'? (Keep in mind that such publications as the NY Times, The Washington Post, The LA Times, The Seattle Times, Epoch Times & others have denied this story through their silence.) My blog rogercallow.com 2024 has the necessary background. In brief, I am calling on that 'U.S. Sherriff' to break the logjam which stymies Cda's. communication bridge.

C) All societies have a 'shelf life'; democracies tending to lead this race to the bottom in which leadership ends up as an oligarchy. The unique feature of Identity Theft as it negatively impacts society is that it marks, for a first time in a significant fashion, the amalgamation of Organized Crime with The Old Boys Club. What is important here is how the media 'midwits' (one step up from nitwits) report on this fiasco as it negatively impacts victim Roger Callow. …nada, nothing… that is the first step in our collapse as a  nation….

 

AUG. 02 A middle aged medical Dr. working near the QC border in ON was recently found 'not guilty' for murdering 4 patients. While I have not read the legal file, nonetheless, Doctors 'put down' patients all the time as an act of mercy. For example, both my father (B.C.) & father-in-law (QC) died in June of 1992 under those circumstances in which they were unconscious. The relatives are told that a 'shot' (of penicillin) will be given later that day (father-in-law) or week (my father to accommodate travel plans which I forewent). It is a 'normal dose' which, in the case of a weakened patient, kills them. In this case, the relatives - or at least some relatives - are complaining for unknown reasons. Perhaps it has something to do with life insurance. At any rate, the media story is most deficient in this regard.

 

AUG. 03 The jury Decision of finding the Alberta Coutts plaintiffs innocent may be a harbinger for the Freedom Convoy Protesters in Ottawa where a Decision is expected shortly. It may be that the Convoy's lawyer, Lawrence Greenspon, goofed by not calling for a jury trial if the trial judge indicts those 'conspirators' ; particularly as public sentiment is now primarily on the side of the protesters. What effect all this will have on the SCofC's current screw-up with the two cases which I have before them remains to be seen although I have asked the SCofC to bring down a final decision by Sept. 15… Democratic Cda. either has a Justice System or it doesn't….

 

AUG. 04 Why Franco Alulio's Identity Theft poses an existential threat to the U.S. (U.S. courts have never had to deal with this concept because of the Fourteenth Amendment: 'All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the U.S. and of the State wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges of citizens of the U.S., nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.' That is the justification the U.S. could use to send in the Marines into Cda. to 'protect its northern flank'. That is precisely the question which I have set before the SCofC (Identity Theft a criminal action in Cda.) and have called for a charge of fraud to be laid directly against Franco Alulio (SEE website for details.) So far, based on one Registry SCofC letter in July, the SCofC has decided 'to screw the pooch'; namely Roger Callow. The Old Boys Club has had to throw in their lot with Organized Crime to maintain a fiction born in Nazi Germany with its 'Final Solution' in 1942.                                                                                                       

 

AUG. 05 My views on The Next Civil War begin with AUG. 01 Comments:

1) The author attributes redemption in the U.S. based on their belief in 'hope'; a characteristic which seems lacking in Canada (Cdns. lack a backbone in my definition).

2) We both agree that a World Depression is in the offing (beginning in 2027?) with the characteristics for each country in the world being different.

3) 'Britannia ruled the waves with its gunboat diplomacy' in the past; the U.S. rules the world through its intangible currency domination as the 'reserve currency' even though it suffers a 13 trillion dollar debt. It also represents a shift from hard technology to digital technology. Uncertainty is the catch-phrase. What the U.S. is doing is casting a spell of uncertainty over the world.

4) Everyone lies; individuals and states alike hence the real question is whom controls the judicial processes which, in effect, evaluate 'lies'? In the U.S., the division appears to be between the individua states and the federal government. In Canada, the law courts with the support of the media control affairs for the sake of the 'top 2% wealthy'. That question is precisely what is at stake with my 2 cases before the SCofC, which sits on top of all subordinate legal systems.

5) In both situations above, compromise is the route to resolution with the SCofC in my case seeking a resolution at my personal expense and against the law of the land (Identity Theft).

6) Nothing lasts forever; political systems (democracies usually have a short shelf life), human and animal and plant life with death of the individual sometimes having ramifications over the whole. In a broader perspective, even the world has, in geological time, the possibility of disintegration hence our current focus on climate change and pollution (a mass of garbage bigger than France swirls around the middle of the Pacific) to mitigate against such negative change.

7) I begin with the notion of a world depression. My model is one related to my public protest in downtown Ottawa from 2004 to 2020 with such Placards as 'Stay out of a Cdn. Courtroom unless you first buy the judge' which went unreported in the media. A fellow protester, a retired priest held a Placard: 'To Resist is to Exist' (Apparently against abortion). I finally separated from him by saying that I would no longer walk on his side of the street as I felt across the street was symbolic of my difference from him described thus: Both of us are adrift in the desert looking for that 'burning bush' with him expecting to return to the world as it is with new insights (possible having won his battle on abortion rights). As for me, I told him, I expected to be consumed by that burning bush and whatever followed in the world would be something never before envisaged (would in all likelihood consist of extant elements arranged in an entirely new fashion such as the one AI and the digital universe is creating.

8) One methodology which could be used: draw a line and mark it past/present/future with the present seeking to bridge the gap between past and future.

9) One observer of the American scene suggested that what was wrong with the U.S. is that they changed philosopher Locke's phrase 'respect for private property' into the 'pursuit of happiness' as though the latter was a frivolous term.

10) Chile updated their Constitution; something both the U.S. and Canada could & should do (without revisions to avoid delay) as both constitutions date from the 'horse & buggy age'.

11) The book is worth reading but keep in mind that the U.S. has a gun culture and a history of slavery (people as property) which differentiates it significantly from Cda. If Cda. were to write a sequel, it would focus on the collapse of our Justice System -PLACARD: The Law is not broken as it is plenty 'fixed' as it is which is in contrast to the U.S. duality plus appointed judges in Cda. vs elected judges in the U.S., a weaker system:

AUG. 05  A) World stock market price downturn: …makes Steve Berry's The Atlas Maneuver (2024) a timely account of 'lien currency' beginning with the history of money (starting p.170). By 2027, I proselytize that the world will be in a depression; the reasons to vary in each country. In Cda, the collapse of our institutions e.g. SCofC, will loom large in that collapse which I am currently testing with citizenship 'Identity Theft'. I give them to Sept. 15 to reach a decision in that matter. The pattern here is eerily like 1929 where a bust on Friday is followed by a slim recovery on Monday with Black Tuesday heralding the start of the Depression. B) There's another group which you do not hear about scouting the Paris Olympics; namely, those looking for spying endeavors…need an assassin or a protective car driver? Look to those ones racing vehicles. A classmate who never married but once spent many years in the Caribbean doing lord knows what, joined with 3 others in a luge event at age 78 at Whistler Mtn. New Zealand was their sponsor and they advertised themselves as the oldest team in the Olympics. He lived in retirement in the wealthy enclave which developed above False Creek. I always remembered him as being powerfully built.

AUG. 06 A) I just finished Steve Berry's The Atlas Maneuver (2024), a top notch thriller focusing on BitCoin and its history starting in 2010. The key difference between bitcoin and other forms of currencies is that it is finite. He also points out that when a country debases its coinage e.g. Roman Empire, collapse is the expected result unless the downward spiral can be halted which currently the stock markets appear to be doing today.  As to collapse, the story is invariably the same everywhere: the top 2% get richer and the rest of us get poorer. The key with any society is to act with good conscience on both an individual and institutional level; something the SCofC is not doing vis a vis the crime of the 21st century-Identity Theft as defined by rogue civil servant, Franco Alulio, in a legal case which I currently have before it. It would seem that a new POTUS in Jan. 2025 is to be the next stop on this issue. B) A variation on this theme is how P.M. Trudeau demonstrated in public how one algorithm based on 'short selling' automatically (I.T.) puts excessive profits in one's pocket. Like any Ponzi scheme, it can work… until it doesn't…. C) My neighborhood friend, Dave Jackson (d.2017) died a muti-millionaire as a result of his manipulation (short-selling) of the stock market in the 1990's but an earlier divorce kept him from socializing with women because it posed a threat to his money… oh, the problems of the rich … one reason why it is lonely to be at the top …I am not lonely….

AUG. 08 A) Trump must be pissed off at something repeating the conspiracy theory that Trudeau is the son of Castro. There are many bastard sons of the prolific 'El Jef'. Even if true, no-one should be accountable for his or her birth. B) El CHEAPO is the nickname I give Trudeau for bragging about how his financial program benefits him at the expense of the Cdn. currency. C) Will my demise put an end to Identity Theft? Yes & No. Personally it does. Universally, it doesn't as the SCofC has made this crime into an algorithm hence the importance of the Court to indict Alulio criminally. I give them until Sept. 15… and then Cda. is all yours, Trump. D) One explanation for Trump's repeated personal attacks against El Cheapo is to resolve the Identity Theft problem before Jan. 2025 leaving the new POTUS with this dirty biscuit in his lap…. E) Trump must be careful what he says in public as a second assassin's bullet may not miss. His public request for Hamas to return U.S. Citizens may be viewed by some as an endorsement of Israel.

AUG. 12   A) Co-Pilot, an I.T. Internet Source has provided me with a number of U.S. University references vis a vis writing up my story on 'Identity Theft' as a Pulitzer Prize potential magazine source. They consider Identity Theft a serious matter. If the SCofC does not conclude my case by Sept. 15, 2024 (two issues at $10 million each), I will turn to the new POTUS in Jan. 2025 in a matter of  a 'clear & present danger' to the U.S. (Identity Theft comes under the 14th Amendment in the U.S.) B) My (estranged) wife and I bought our condominium on the basis of location in 2016. It is close to 2 malls in South Keys. In our search, we found few apartment blocks located near shopping malls as most developers choose out of the way cheaper land. Today at 65 years, a developer would look at our 21 story building and say , yup, time to tear it down & rebuild. The cost of renovations has passed the realizable rents that can be charged. For example, as a penthouse owner, I pay an additional $600 per month for parking garage repairs (we share this with a neighboring 21 story building.) My point? Over time, all buildings decay and yet no allowance is ever made for infrastructure repairs. The story is a common one to all buildings everywhere. With the change in demographics e.g. people working from home, and these older buildings become slums. Detroit is a good example of this kind of decay where the inner city remains unoccupied. Young families move to new neighborhoods to be with other young families. The public school in our area will hold 650 students but has only 400. Normally,  the School Board would close it and bus students but as we found in West Vancouver with declining enrolment in the 1970's, the last thing a community should do is close a school. Now one elevator is shut down for over a week waiting for parts not normally stocked hence there is a suggestion that both elevators should be modernized at additional expense of course. I figure my 2016 investment is probably worth 2/3 it's purchase price and yet no one can afford the rent if I were to relocate to say, a retirement home. The media notes that many people are leaving Ottawa due to the economic situation. Add a World Depression by 2027 which many predict, and the future is not a rosy one in Ottawa or anywhere else for that matter. And no, I would not buy my apartment today considering the above.

AUG. 14 What a brilliant idea! (Shakespeare would have approved) (Letter to Editor Ott. Sun) 'Fire all the judges and replace them with IT'. For example, with the SCofC royally screwing up my 2 cases; I turned to IT Co-Pilot on Identity Theft. First of all, they conceded that Identity Theft is a serious matter. Then they considered what legal actions and suggested ones of their own. As to publicity - considering how the media is giving the authorities a free ride on this one - they suggested victim rights Organiztions in the U.S. to which I will forward my SEPT. 01 NEWSLETTER. As to the SCof C, I give them to Sept. 15 to bring down a Decision; even if it is the customary 'frivolous & vexatious' outcome which I add to my wallpaper considering I have so many of them. I will then turn to the new POTUS Jan. 2025 if it is not resolved as Identity Theft falls under the 14th Amendment and this Cdn. case is a 'clear & present danger' to U.S. interests. With an IT Court, lawyers would still produce their factums with the court giving instant evaluations before judgment which is instantaneous. Indeed, I am flummoxed  as to how fast Co-Pilot is (a few seconds) in providing background for my cases. This IT court could be extended to e.g. City Council asking such questions as whether the new Ottawa Hospital CEO Cameron Love is worth a $600,000 annual salary, or more likely, should the amount be closer to $300,000. Put the savings in the Transit Account which is running a deficit. Federally, the CBC has 140 Directors sitting around twiddling their thumbs as the CBC has no programming to speak of although recently they received a pay increase at a time 100 employees were laid off. That's how the rich get richer and the middle class and poor get poorer. P.S. Federal MP's received a 'built-in' salary increase at a time the Federal gov't. is running a deficit. What does IT have to say here? Perhaps my website rogercallow.com 2024 Social Commentary can report on such IT successes. When the Freedom Convoy Decision comes down in a few days time, I will apply my own IT analysis (spoiler alert: It was a 'swinging dick contest' between the father, Pierre Trudeau with the War Measures Act in 1970 and 'son of Pierre' Justin with his very own version of the equivalent to the War Measures Act in 2024; namely, the Emergencies Act).

AUG. 15  'The usual run-around' Notice 'My Chart' doesn't say why as to this secrecy on my illegal detention at the Ottawa Hospital at Xmas 2019: 'Unfortunately, emergency reports from December 2019 will not be available on the MyChart portal'. I have asked the SCofC to acquire that Report as part of the 'Identity Theft' case currently before it.

AUG.16 While you won't read much in the media nowadays, the single biggest concern of the world's leaders is the failed assassination attempt on Trump whom, if he had turned left rather than right would be 6' underground today. Increased security on the one hand (Trudeau flying to Sudbury & back in an unscheduled 2 hr. meeting which just as easily could have been held in Ottawa) by, on the other hand, wannabee 'assassinators' seeing how easy it is to target a leader. Bottom Line? Many individuals with families will avoid taking high profile political appointments. The Public? …increased voting with their feet. While 'Defunding of the CBC has a certain cachet to it for a change in gov't.' ; nonetheless, the voter is not fooled as the replacement Party is merely waiting for its turn to feed at the trough. In the case of Pierre Poilievre, Opp. Critic leader, his future is clouded with his abject failure to publicize the 'Identity Theft' case I currently have before the SCofC amid the silence of the media at large = death of Cdn. Democracy.

AUG. 17 NP columnist Conrad Black repeats ad nauseum that his effete friend Jordan Peterson appears to be in control of the nation's social conscience. Both individuals do not respond to my direct appeal to speak out on Identity Theft affecting this writer; the crime of the 21st century. In short they are writers in love with their own publicity.

AUG. 20 A) Machiavellian Principle: A large state (Putin of Russia) cannot fight a protracted war with a small state (Zelensky of Ukraine) and expect to win. Zelensky with the support of NATO seems to intuit this position which does not include the notion that many in the Ukraine and some NATO countries will pay a high price for encouraging WWIII. It would seem that Zelensky has dreams of running the entire Russian Federation. While all analogies are suspect; I liken it to California deciding that, henceforth, the Federal gov't. will be run out of California as Wash. D.C. has 'seen its day'.

B) WWIII has broken out in an intangible sense with the complete balls up performance of the SCofC (SEE AUG. 14 above) heralding the demise of all court law. Perhaps IT with its 'instant decisions' based on the factums of the presiding litigants plus extant law will replace courtroom law & judges someday. If so, it is long overdue. I would settle for even a 'frivolous & vexatious' result for my 2 cases currently before the SCofC. The pubic probably doesn't give a rat's ass about either but they do understand that Franco Alulio must be charged with fraud in order to stop Identity Theft in its tracks. A citizen cannot exist without access to the laws (Cdn. Charter of Rights & Freedoms 1982) is currently in a state of limbo awaiting POTUS Jan. 2025 to take the necessary action as Identity Theft comes under the prohibition of the 14th Amendment. Canada is the northern flank of U.S. Defense. By rights, the U.S. should occupy the SCofC under U.S. trusteeship until the new POTUS in Jan. 2025 makes a final decision on this 'clear & present danger' to U.S. interests (as well as to individual Canadians whom are already compromised by this algorithm born of Nazi Germany's 'Final Solution').

 

AUG. 21 In 1986, Arbitrator Louis Lindholm died under a court order to re-do the Arbitration which was quashed with Louis being labelled 'patently unreasonable'. Hence any re-hearing was 'frustrated' a legal term. That is why I have appealed to the SCofC currently. Question: If Franco Alulio were to meet his maker, would the MTO-Medical have the right to lift his bogus D.L. Suspension of me returning my full status as a citizen? …just asking…who's listening?....

 

AUG. 22  A)  Rabbi Bulka (d. 2021 at age 77) is written up as a giant in the Jewish Community no doubt in that spirit of 'never again'. Not in my books he isn't as my personal appeal to him before his death to speak out on Franco Alulio's Identity Theft did not receive a response! A little history here. In an age replete in racism, the Jews were considered as vermin as they were the 'top 2%' of their age dominating finance, academic life, property ownership and the arts in the 1940's. Hitler needed their money to wage war. Hence the 'Final Solution' of 1942 justifying the incarceration of 'miscreants' and the stripping of their wealth. (N.B. China does it today with Uighur women forced to undergo sterilization & Falun Gong supporters whose body parts are sold as income to paying clients-now outlawed in the U.S. Back to my narrative. Originally Eichmann, the Nazi in charge of the pogroms, wanted to ship the Jews to the disease-ridden Island of Mozambique but the war curtailed that option. Eichmann visited the Ukraine where the pogrom movement was the most active under Hungarian soldiers. It was decided to demonstrate the process used in front of Eichmann who almost lost his biscuits. A Jewish town's population was herded into the back of a truck with the door locked and the engine started and with the exhaust pipe (carbon monoxide) re-routed to the inner box. The process took about 10 minutes until no sound from within was heard. Eichmann's transportation to Germany as a result was based on killing victims in the concentration camps as quickly as possible (pouring gas into vents of so-called shower rooms). Hence the Final Solution became the 'crime of the 20th Century' in which an extra year was fought to obtain an 'unconditional surrender' (WWI in contrast was an armistice) so that the Allies could hang the Nazi bastards as citizens rather than military personal 'just following Orders'. My visit to Munich a few decades ago showed the 'hanging grounds' which are now being currently rebuilt.  B) What Franco Alulio has done, and is a current case before the SCofC by me which they are bungling  (see website) - has re-introduced Identity Theft into the 21st Century World… and not a peep out of anyone, anywhere! That's a crime of immense proportion in itself. Hence the real question before the SCofC is, will they prosecute Alulio for Fraud, or will it remain to the incoming U.S. President in Jan. 2025 to take the necessary action to staunch this plague from entering the U.S. and solve Canada's problem for them (Munich example)? As the first victim dating from 2019, I can vouch for the difficulty in trying to function without a legal identity. What's next, Franco, 'treatment centres' for such victims? C) Wellington St. in front of Parliament is now renamed ROGER CALLOW WAY, as a permanent reminder as to 'lest we forget'….

 

AUG. 23 The Last 'Devil' to Die (2024) by Richard Osman is the most powerful novel which I have read as it deals with death, dying, and related themes e.g. dementia; all done through the funnel of a whodunit focusing on an advanced sting operation.

B) I try not to read too much into the dream because psychologists, like doctors, make lousy patients (p.s. nurses too  RC). We either over diagnose or self-medicate or fail to seek help. I'm guilty of that. Instead of talking to someone about my past trauma and ongoing dreams, I tell myself that I am a healer not a patient. And I had my fill of therapists and counselors after my parents and sisters died. They fussed and fretted over me, telling how I should be feeling, when I simply wanted to be left alone… Storm Child  Michael Robotham C) Trump  has promised to release the last 2% of the Kennedy Assassination investigation if he is elected President. …now where is that Dallas Police Chief from 1963 now that we need him most?.... D) Harris. By contrast, is not doing her credibility any good by mouthing the platitude 'FREEDOM!' at the Democratic Convention. But this is the type of credibility which she peddles = losing bid for POTUS.

 

AUG. 28 A) JFKjr. claims that while Sirhan Sirhan was charged with his father's death; his father Robert Kennedy was actually killed by 4 bullets to the back. Trump is going to be a busy boy as POTUS in Jan. 2025 (presuming he wins) explaining these colossal cover-ups of the murders of the two Kennedy brothers. B) Now in Canada, the SCofC would like it if I just dropped dead considering the two issues which I have before it with a 'finalization date' of Sept. 15. Logic tells us that both Respondents of the West Van. School Trustees and the MTO-Medical would first check with the Court behind the scene as to what they should do with my offers of settlement. Kennedy brothers, move over, and make room for Canadian Roger Callow. Over to 2025 POTUS for an investigation whether I am present or not in this 'clear & present danger to U.S. interests'.….

Letter to both Aug. 24, 2024: (excerpt) 3) In both cases, should the two parties above not reach an agreement with this plaintiff, then the SCofC will be asked to finalize both issues. A no response will lead to the request that the SCofC take the initiative to end these two matters. Should one Defendant respond positively, then the SCofC will only have to deal with the other.
