MISSION STATEMENT

This stage of my website marks a transition from a focus on political events of the past under the heading of the employeescasecanada.ca performed on a daily basis to a social media basis as represented by COMMENTARY questions (Oh wise Ass). The former focus is hopefully being reduced with the later focus being elevated. An end by me was placed to the employeescasecanada.ca as of 2021 for the authorities (over 50 judges) did not see fit to award me compensation after 36 years of litigation (apparently I was merely being frivolous & vexatious in raising the question before over 50 judges across Canada). In the words of my Ottawa Lawyer in 2003… You have exhausted all remedy under the law. Considering the importance of Employment Law, the demise of the efficacy of Canadian legal jurisprudence ended leaving Canada a democratic wasteland as all democracies must have a viable legal system hence such as the Bill of Rights (1982) for individuals is an empty vessel. The latter stage of this case is marked in 2019 when – under the aegis of Ontario’s Premier Doug Ford whose removal from all politics I have called for in this regard – when Deputy Minister for Transport – Medical, Franco Alulio, (my underlining) for reasons best known to himself, suspended my driver’s license for psychiatric reasons in October 2019 (SEE JAN. NEWSLETTER thus robbing me of all access to the law hence the first victim of the ‘crime of the 21^st century’; namely, Identity Theft. I have never been requested to have psychiatric attention and have a perfect driving record with Allstate Auto Insurance whose CEO refuses to recognize this abuse as raised by the Insurance Underwriters Society. There are laws to address Alulio’s crime (fraud/treason) but the authorities refuse to enact them: e.g. two POTUS – Trump/Biden refuse to recognize this ‘clear & dangerous threat’ to the U.S. motoring public. Indeed, if civil servants can willy nilly rewrite legislation to suit what appears to be an ‘Old Boys Club’ control issue, it is the end of all democratic government which is now the case in Canada… and not a peep out of the media, politicians, nor public at large ‘equals’ Canada’s National Disease. (cowardice). While I leave behind the FAA (Franco Alulio Algorithm) as of December 31-2022, I am left with pursuing the extended IDENTITY THEFT which currently plagues me, to my dying breath. Keep in mind, this algorithm will apply to everyone else in North America in the interim.
